Glenn Youngkin would be remembered as the Governor that gave legitimacy to Chris. If you think Chris is mainstream now, doing that would cause him to explode even more so.

That depends where in D.C. The diplomatic district generally has great restaurants, although they fall in and out of favor.

Why would you be eating Popeye's in D.C. anyway? It has some of the best food in the world. Ethiopian in particular.
 
What if Chris' life restarted but retained his present day memories? will He be able to avert the mishaps He once went through? or at a young age He'll start talking about the dimensional merge and claim being a goddess? will Sonichu also exist before Sonic and Pokemon ever did?

Plenty of people who work at the hotels etc. there are not rich, and they probably don't wanna go all the way home at lunchtime to get their Popeyes.
