Like you guys said, he paid ~$10K to get his vocal cords shaved down so he could "sound" feminine. Except vocal "feminization" surgery doesn't make you talk like a woman. It makes your voice sound different, yes, but Lucas still speaks like a man. The uncanny valley feeling you get from listening to him speak is from him attempting to imitate a woman's speech patterns. For example, he uses an ungodly amount of vocal fry because, to him, that's what women speak like. Tony "Erin" Reed is another good example of this. As I have been keeping an eye on the tard war between The Quartering and Lucas, I can't help but notice how cult like Lucas's fans devotion to him is. I grew up around cults so I always had a passing interest in them. A while ago Sargon on his Lotus Eaters show recommended a book called The Wrong Way Home by Arthur J. Deikman saying that it is a eye opening read about cults and how they operate. I decided to buy the book and give it a read and holy shit it fits Lucas and his fans to a T.
Here are the four things that Deikman talked about that all cults do:

1. Compliance with the group. A good example of that would be the Catboy Ranch. Look at how compliant the boys of the Catboy Ranch were such as giving themselves collars saying that they were Lucas's property. Another example is how when Lucas needs help or someone to "ratio" they come out in droves to help him.
2. Dependence on a leader. Lucas's fans are very young and are at a vulnerable time in their lives where they are looking for someone to give them direction and guidance. Lucas comes in as a "guiding light" to these poor lost souls offering them advice and a "mother figure". However, Lucas makes it very clear that his followers are to trust him and only him and that they are never to tell their family about things like the bathtub HRT or the sexting otherwise he will withdraw his love and attention away from them.
3. Devaluing the outsider. This is one that Lucas and his fans do a lot. Anybody that isn't on Lucas's side is subhuman at best. Lucas constantly vilifies detransitioners by telling his fans that he and nobody else would want them if they decide to detrans themselves and live as their birth sex. Lucas makes it very clear that he will not tolerate dissent in his cult.

Overall, Lucas is a sinister cult leader who fits all the examples of a functioning cult to a T. I can only hope that Lucas's fans walk away from his cult and begin the process of healing before they do something that would otherwise damage them for the rest of their days.
