You do not need a mobility scooter when you have ME, it's not that kind of fatigue. It's more like...you can go out to work but instead of being tired after 8 hours of work, you are exhausted after 5 hours and you need to sleep immediately after. You can go out and socialise, but only for a limited time, and you need to sleep or rest for a few days after to recover. Sometimes you get bad periods where you just need to sleep for days, other times you're fine - you're just always limited in how many hours of energy you have before you need to rest or sleep, compared to normal people, and your recovery time is (much) longer.

I'm sure Finn does need the scooter but it's not because of ME, it's because of all the horrible shit she is putting in her body, and being a mentally ill munchie.
