I was wondering that myself. TIFs always seem to have secondary mangling on a different limb from where they slice out the skinroll, even before they have glansplasty. Is it where they take the tissue for extending the urethra?

Skin graft to cover up the donor site on the other thigh - where they removed the entire thickness of the skin.

Edit: to clarify, the donor site for the rot dog (arm or thigh) has the full thickness of skin taken off, leaving only muscles, tendons, bone etc underneath exposed. So they take a second, much thinner skin graft from the thigh to cover up the first gaping wound patch. Leaving the unfortunate Aiden with two horribly scarred limbs they got in a car accident, honestly bro.
