Brandon’s White House must be a more miserable working environment than Walmart, OfficeMax, and Dollar Tree combined. I would assume there’s a lot of quarreling, and colleagues that aren’t exactly friendly with one another. Whatever happened to Joe’s promise to fire anyone who doesn’t ACT NICE?

I can’t imagine another operation in the US today that affects so many people that’s more fatalistic, rudderless, clueless, demoralized, aimless, disorganized, late, staffed with no-talent, and just…hopeless.
On top of all that, you have to maintain the stuff-shirt, fart-huffing West Wing LARP.

Well someone made this campaign commercial lol.

On one hand, based and accurate, on the other hand, we're really at the point where campaign ads are "You might need a lot of firepower to chase off the political opposition". That is a worrying thing to see casually slipping into more and more conversation.

Holy fucking shit!

That commercial is fucking great.

A lot better than the truck chasing down immigrants.

And that you saw during the Summer of Peace and Love.

You need firepower to chase off the political opposition when they decide that your neighborhood and house is what needs to be burnt down next for equity.

Max Boot is to conservatism what Deadspin is to online sports media. He should lose the hat, since it doesn’t help him achieve the vintage gumshoe aesthetic he’s going for; he instead looks like a massive faggot.

But…(full disclosure- I didn’t read the article since I don’t want to give them clicks) he has a point. Even people I know who are very much on the right found Trump’s personality to be grating at times, so I can only imagine how much it got on the nerves of moderates/anyone left of that. I consider him to be the best president in my lifetime, but there were plenty of instances where I wanted to bang my head against the wall repeatedly. Some of the stuff he was saying/tweeting pissed me off because I knew it was alienating independents and not really doing much more to further endear the people who already supported him. It felt like he was pissing his unbelievable political windfall down the drain, rather than expanding his support.

DeSantis supports the same, strong policies that earned Trump a wealth of popularity. In addition, he’s very tactful. Not only are his remarks/statements/comments/zingers/call-outs simple enough for the majority of people to understand (this harkens back to Trump’s simple vocabulary making him more accessible to more people), but he delivers them in a succinct and in-offensive way. Ever watch him humiliate a reporter and receive a standing ovation? It’s fantastic! And there’s nothing his enemies/the press can do to paint him as wrong, because he tells it like it is and stays truthful. He’s very efficient in this respect, especially with the juxtaposition of Trump’s word salads that made it harder to take what he was saying seriously. Plus, the media shat on Trump so hard for *how* he delivered his statements, so the underlying truth/meaning of his remark was lost in the media hubbub. With DeSantis, this problem doesn’t exist.

The media is gradually waking up to this reality. In essence, DeSantis is Trump, sans the personality issues that were responsible for his greatest losses in support. They’re so goddamned afraid of him because they see his potential to be *unstoppable.* DeSantis can absolutely pull in the majority of independents and even peel some non-prog support off of the democrats. And if Trump decides to run again…if he plays it cooler, keeps his promise to not go back to Twitter even if Elon permits it, and is more measured and calculated in his public statements…well, then you have Trump minus what was his biggest defect. At that point, Trump really becomes a force to be reckoned with.

The left should be afraid. Very afraid.
I suspect the best case scenario for Republicans in 2024 would be if Trump and DeSantis swapped places, with DeSantis running for President and Trump running for governor of Florida.

Yeah when I was putting fire extenguishers and buckets of water around my urban home during the 2020 riots I really worried about the optics with what the political opposition might think.

And yet again, Joe just can't help doing the wrong thing:

Expect creeping sanctions to accelerate and to envelop more and more official Iranian entities as long as Tehran continues toying with Biden. And since there is no reason why Iran should change its behavior - after all the middle east oil producer sells as much as oil as it wants to China who ignores US sanctions and buys both Iranian and Russian oil at significant discounts (in fact, Iran is now competing to undercut Russia on oil price) - the only loser here are US consumers and motorists who will not benefit from the potential pool 1-2 mmb/d of legitimate Iranian exports which would sharply lower US gas prices.

Joepedo is in Ohio today blabbering about jobs and trying to campaign, but Tim Ryan isn't there, and notice how one camera makes it look Trump-packed but the other video shows how small his crowd is. 2nd and 3rd videos are him being disappointed in all of us.

People are starting to notice his "not a joke" tick.

Like I said, based and accurate. But its worrying when it goes from the unmoderated talk of the kiwi farms and our constant poking at the fedpost line, to straight up political candidates depicting people literally embroidered with the opposition logo being chased off with guns. Its good the normies are waking up, but normies are fucking stupid and will do stupid things.

"Republicans won't compromise. They're a lost cause and becoming increasingly fascist!"
>Why?
"They won't give us everything we want and told us no."

I love how Republicans won't compromise when the last FIFTY FUCKING YEARS has been Republicans compromising and making sure the Dems feel like they have a seat at the table.

When we ask the Dems to compromise, it's LOL Cry harder! We're in power, fuck you!

No, now we don't compromise.
See, Jesse Kelly is cringe a lot of the time, but I think he has a good point when he says "I'm not a Republican, I'm an anti-communist." We need to adopt similar views. Paying loyalty to a brand name is stupid when it's something as serious as daily politics and how it impacts our lives. We need more people willing to say "no, I'm not a 'republican' and I don't give a shit about fair, I'm an American and you are a subversive enemy, fuck off or catch a volley."
Well someone made this campaign commercial lol.

Lmao fuckin based. From what I've seen on Twitter the conservative crowd is eating it up and celebrating which has caused the leftoids to shift from "Republicans would love gun control if black people bought guns!" to "but don't you see! The political parties switched in the 60s! The Republicans are the KKK now!"

I think Trump‘s too much of an egoist to go along with that. Because the guy already served as president and has the mind of a businessman, he would probably view a governorship as a humiliating demotion. It’s presidency or bust.

Not that I wouldn’t want to see that, though. Governor of Florida would be a less demanding position, and would allow him more freedom to be himself with fewer ramifications. After all, Florida is a red state right now, so his constituents would appreciate him far more. He could comfortably affect the culture war the way DeSantis is doing now. And because of MSM derangement, they would dedicate virtually all of their time to covering literal Hitler blumpfh, leaving little time to pile onto DeSantis.

Hear me out

Trump 2024, then DeSantis 2028+2032, with Trump running for Governor of Florida in 2028 to cockblock whatever little reindeer games the left has planned for when DeSantis is out.

Trump is going to be ancient by then. If DeSantis is the real deal i'd much rather whomever he has in the wings replacing him.

Maybe the White House staff are circulating that his entire Presidency as a bad joke and he is real fucked up about it. Who knows?

To take a more positive spin on Rogan here - I just don't think he sees his show as a political podcast. He's good friends with Alex Jones. He's had a few politicians on before but largely hosts entertainers.
Right, that's why he hosted Bernie, Yang, Surfer Mommy, among others.

Is it so hard to accept he's biased against the orange man because it fucks with his bottom dollar? I don't blame him for it, but goddamn; own it.

The rogan trump shit is weird cause during the election he offered to host biden and trump on a multi hour debate.
