Yeah I've noticed that about Locals videos, the volume slider doesn't work. I dunno how they managed that.

edit: also, it figures that the one time I figure "eh, I'll tune in late and catch up at 2x speed" he streams on Locals which doesn't let you rewind until the stream ends.
