At this point, they can't give him any more continuances. He only has a Class 1 misdemeanor, meaning at most he can stay at the jail for a year. By the time of the next hearing, that'll already be up. As Pointless Sperg had said, the most they can do is put him on probation for what he hadn't served. What if he gets another continueance![]()
So essentially, Chris will just have to pay a fine?

There seems to be so many complications to releasing him. Chris doesn't have a job first off, and is basically unemployable, and even after his stay at the mental hospital, he still hasn't cut the merge crap. It's just as likely Chris here is just talking out of his ass, and he will later be a shithead about it, and will get the worse charges.I mean, they *can* give him more continuances. Just because they let him go doesn't mean the case is necessarily over. I don't see them doing that though. I figure if Chris wants to still be a shithead about it they can hit him with worse charges rather than letting him go.
His stupid little "Commodore - Come Adore" pun makes me mad on the internet for some reason.
And I'm 99% sure that Barb isn't at 14BC, so I don't see how there's any possible way for the fat autist to even get in the house, let alone live there. He's probably going to end up in some kind of group home situation, unless he's somehow being fast-tracked to the top of the Section 8 list.
Imagine Chris getting free and going back to his home. Then Barb is in a retirement home and he's all alone in his piss stained house (at this point I imagine the pets are taken care of by somebody else, or euthanized).
Oh yeah, Chris has no claim to the house, does he?Barb being no longer there is actually the most likely path for Chris to theoretically return to 14BC. What's more, if he's fast tracked up section 8, that's a way he could pay for it.
It's a very real possibility. Be prepared for that to happen. Whether it's sustainable is another thing. It could be that Chris goes back but then the finances are fucked and he just gets evicted later when the foreclosure happens.
Chris skates on mother fuckery, and winds up getting the taxpayers to pay for his house. That sounds like something he'd luck into. What's more, if he's fast tracked up section 8, that's a way he could pay for it.
Not to mention Barb doesn't seem long for this world. Idk if people are constantly checking for an obituary, but after this incident and the accident I wouldn't be surprised if she is already on death's door. A Chris with no remaining family connections and no (or soon to be no) house will be even more pitiful than his usual condition.Imagine Chris getting free and going back to his home. Then Barb is in a retirement home and he's all alone in his piss stained house (at this point I imagine the pets are taken care of by somebody else, or euthanized).
From my reading of the Section 8 rules, since Chris isn't the mortgage holder, Barb would have to rent it out to him as a Section 8 eligible tenant, but regardless of the fact that they are related, any other Section 8 recipient could try to rent it and she would be obligated to let them do so. Unless he's at the very top of the list, I don't see it happening in any way that would benefit him.Barb being no longer there is actually the most likely path for Chris to theoretically return to 14BC. I may be wrong but I think one of the only reasons he's still in jail is because they don't have any space in tard homes in his area, and maybe a good distance beyond. Either that or his lawyer is trying to get him off on time served.
To deny bail, they must have had something even if it’s not enough for a conviction.People often wait a long ass time for a trial if they aren't granted bail. The court system moves slow. It's moved slower since covid. Plus, he was committed for a time. Chris is a retard with no one to advocate for him besides his lawyer who knows he's a raping mongoloid with nowhere to go. He's probably getting time served, or maybe a bit more, if he does in fact have a plea deal coming.
The pets were rehomedchris might start fucking his pets if there is no "barbussy" waiting for him at home
I can imagine that if they physically had nowhere to house him, and worried he might rope up or try to flee the country, their hands would be tied. As sad as it is to admit, Chris is probably safer as a PC goof than out on bail.To deny bail, they must have had something even if it’s not enough for a conviction.
If Barb has entered long term nursing care/memory care than who is her POA? I'm assuming her relatives who have been stepping in to take care of the house. If this is the case they almost certainly have a veto regarding Chris ever returning to 14 BC, with the possible exception of a brief visit with a Sheriff to pick up whatever of his things haven't already been tossed in a dumpster. His stupid little "Commodore - Come Adore" pun makes me mad on the internet for some reason.

The only thing I think chris lost throughout this entire year is the lost of his van, thats it.
I'd put it at maybe 1% only because the IP2 types do wild shit sometimes. Maybe not come to the house but if spotted in the wild I could see some content spray sent Chris's way for a $27 (even $2.70 tbh) donation.Zero. No one is going to jail for Barb’s honor.

Also, it looks like in Virginia you have to be a Section 8 voucher recipient through rentals before you can get approved to participate in the Housing Choice Voucher Homeownership program, so even if she tried to sell him 14BC and get it paid for through Section 8, he would have to rent for a while first. Also, it looks like they have a minimum income requirement and an employment requirement to participate in the homeownership program, though these might be waived for people on disability, I haven't looked deep enough to tell:
