Been living in Japan for 7 years. If you think Japan will adopt mass immigration you are insane. A lot of people can barely tolerate foreigners (they won't sit down next to you on the subway), and god forbid you are black or indian...you will see people crossing the street to avoid you, then crossing back after they passed you.

The amount of incels here is staggering, and we aren't talking about ugly as fuck guys, we are talking very handsome and in shape dudes that are just too shy to ask a girl out, or just focus on studies/work until they die. Sex is not discussed openly if at all, and mental health issues here...well if you think they are ignored in the USA, here they just pretend they don't exist, as they are shameful for them and their families.

What I am trying to say is that, Japan, the country that still asks you to send a fax to your phone company so you can get internet installed, is not a country known for changing.

Not long ago, another dude snapped and stabbed multiple children at a bus stop in Kawasaki. People were rightfully horrified for 1 day, then promptly moved on. This will be the same, but with a fancier funeral service.

So if I understand correctly: far left autists hated him because he was an "ultranationalist/racist/war crime apologist", and far right autists hated him because he was "globohomo/Zionism ally/Immigration fuck". Also, the security's reaction was frankly embarrassing, the crowd I can kinda understand, Japan is a "safe" country so the people there don't have any instincts for dealing with situations like that, but you'd expect the people tasked with protecting such a high profile individual to do better. But what do I know, maybe I'm just paranoid.

From the shots that have been posted, 2 security closest to Abe were on the suspect within seconds after the second shot was fired. There were 4 more that were on him in 10 seconds after that. The fact that the security reacted after he had fired the fatal kill shot though...
