I think people wouldn't hate Kson as much if she didn't microwave those kittens on stream.

It would be funny if it was actually Vshojo had the issue with Kson breaking NDA and Kson was making her friend move, and Cover didn't really care either way.

IMO it doesn't matter if Kanata literally lived with Rushia instead of Kson, if Cover had the gall to actually tell Kanata to move then they are fucked up and should be ashamed, but what I imagine actually happened is that Cover laid out new rules for Kanata in regards to Kson and Rushia, and she may have just decided it would be too much hassle. I said in one of my last few posts that I am generally dissatisfied with how I perceive Cover's management decisions, but it would still surprise me if they were to actively try and force a situation where Kanata had to upend her life just because of some Corpo nonsense. I think it's likely not as malicious as some here are making it out to be. Wouldn't it just be worse for them if their actions made Kanata consider quitting or started her thinking that Cover doesn't care about her at all? Not like that has ever stopped corporations from acting like retards, but still, I'm erring on the side of thinking that it isn't as bad as some are making it out to be. If it does turn out to be actually as bad as the rrats are making them sound then I guess I'll just be wrong on the internet, the horror.

Please, for the love of God, before it gets out of hand read the thread, and if someone else has already expressed your viewpoint, just use a sticker and agree with it. People just kept on repeating the same exact thing over and over during the Kson/Vshojo spergout and I know it's because they couldn't be bothered to read the thread.

If the whole "HL told Kanata to stay away from Kson" thing really is more than a rrat, well, that's really bothersome for Kanata, but I really don't disagree with HL's decision. Kson has decided to join a toxic waste dump, and HL does not want to be associated with a toxic waste dump. They might also be afraid that Kson and/or notRushia might try to sweet-talk her to leaving HL and jumping over to Vshitshow too, but I would hope that someone currently streaming for HL has the brains not to do that…

…which makes me think that, while we're exchanging rrats here, who's to say Kanata isn't just annoyed with Kson about this and has made the decision to separate on her own? I know that if my best friend decided to disassociate from our shared friend group and hang out with fucktards instead, I probably wouldn't want to stay friends with him for much longer.

Who really knows, though. In the end I hope all goes well for Kanata.

it's even more hilarious when you consider what the current hubbub actually means: cover, THE vtuber company, gives a shit about... vshojo of all people.

think about it for a minute, in what universe could vshojo be even considered "competition" besides the label on paper? stealing tech? lul, more likely the other way around. competing for venues? as if. the only thing that matters, stealing/sniping talent? yeah, sure, I can totally see any holo signing up with a literally who, or any indie having the chance being a holo rather become one of that club.
hint: going indie or changing corps ALWAYS means more freedom depending how someone feels ("grass is always greener on the other side"), being neighbors literally changes nothing in that regard, even more so when you consider kson still hangs out with other holos, so any off-collab or even visit might be a "potential risk" - risk of what again exactly? and it's not like they gave a shit about it in the past when holos hang out with nijis which is an actual competitor in the true meaning of the word.

the thought of some crusty nip exec being so out of touch is just :story:

Actually, if we are talking about “crusty nip execs”, I can easily see them shitting their pants in anger over a bunch of “idols” that don’t stick to the “pure and wholesome untouched by men” typecast. Which just makes it funnier.

True, but the last time Blue Archive specifically tried to introduce a Vtuber, a bunch of retards got angry for literally no reason and it was cancelled as such.
