Let us hope any college girls who see his ad google the PAC and find out about him. Even if his reputation wasn't an issue, his proposal is horrible. Cities and counties couldn't ban brothels even if they become a problem, and like I said earlier, the way he has it worded would make it hard to shut a down brothel that wasn't following the rules. And how much you want to bet that he expects to have some position of authority over brothel licensing? No one is going to vote for a brothel law that was created by a guy who's banned from a bunch of them. I suspect he also wants to make it hard/impossible for brothels to ban clients who harass the sex workers.
