After the Bankruptcy Saga and Nancy letting him off scot free I think Phil could survive a nuclear war.

I would put money on there being no other vehicle involved in his accident. He wasn't paying attention, went off the road, then invented some other phantom driver to blame for it.

I put money on the accident being his fault, and it was only a fender bender anyways. Remember Phil is legally blind but refuses to wear his glasses when driving. Even back then he drove without glasses even when Rambo and Howard were in the car with him.

According to them even back then he wore glasses on his license photo. Phil's aversion to wearing his fucking glasses is one of his most hilarious bits of lore.
