General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

I was kind of digging the seamstress until she started coomerbaiting - not a huge deal, still seems intelligent and entertaining, and then she did the close up of her front. wtf. Some really cool facial expressions though.

The "nephilim" was a struggle to keep the tab open. Loli coomerbaiting - not a fan. Oh you have an evil eye? More occult shit. Hololive has a nephilim, a succubus, a devil, an oni, an angel, and haachama - but apart from haachama using a baphomet version of herself (maybe she's done worse, idk), I've never seen them actually go into religious stuff in lore. I guess haachama's eyepatch is the same thing so IDK, whatever. I get that it's meant to be for "fun" and I know that debut videos are not representative of the personality later on. It's just a big turn-off.
After closing and re-opening the tab a couple times, when she said she needed a fan to sacrifice their body to her, that was it for me.
I had no problems with her accent.

Panko's design seems kind of cool so kind of looking forward to that, but overall I wish Phase Connect were not going so hard on the "tee hee, seiso is dead" thing.

The evil eye part was a reference to chuunibyou character type - delusional teenagers who shamelessly act out their childish delusions in public/at an age where it's no longer socially acceptable. Don't read too much into it, it was executed clumsily anyway. Frankly I think she was just copying it for the sake of it based on her anime choices.

I don't see it as anxiety posting but rather a gentle reminder about not acting like cunts to her clearly stressed colleagues. Based rabbit is just reminding everyone to keep their pipkin in check.
EDIT: Or maybe she is leaking some of her anxieties too lol. Still, it'll pass once everything settles in place.

I really like this Shiina girl (drawing/singing) but her design is kind of a turn off for me. But I guess she will mostly hide her lower part when streaming anyway.
Don't do drugs, kids. The new 2D drawings in this Hologra are really nice, the quality ist still rising.

On the flipside, you do have to imagine the pressure to match or better expectations for the newcomers. Imagine how the second male wave of EN felt, having to follow up to the antics of Vox, Luca and Mysta?
