Don’t get me wrong, I think both leaks - this one and the laptop one - are interesting and politically relevant. Nonetheless, giving your electronic devices to a computerfag may put your data at risk.

Yeah, you have to pretty much assume that if you turn your laptop/tablet/phone over for repair that someone can and will see your shit. I don't think John MacIsaac did anything different then anyone else would do in his situation but it would still look bad for him if he came out and admitted he was "snooping" around Hunter's laptop because he knew he is a Biden. So that could be the reason he seems comes off a bit shifty.

Because whether or not this is worth discussing, it's likely that the site owners of 4chan (whoever they are nowadays) don't really want the absolute legal shitstorm that might result in the site getting shut down. 4chan has always been a glowypot with credible shooting threats reported directly to the FBI, but this is the sort of big information that would be considered international espionage, not something that the average user should ever be able to sniff at let alone look at it.
