General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

Personally think it's a redesign. You don't get that melodramatic of a teaser trailer about change over an outfit.
Can't wait for her "3nd EP"

Cover has had nearly 2 years (longer if you include the lead up to Myth) to hire English staff for something as rudimentary as spelling checks. Shit was cute at first, now it's just embarrassing how unprepared they still are.

Have you checked out Yuniiho?
I've been meaning to give her a watch ever since I saw a clip of her invoking the Holy Family after getting jumscared.
Yuniiho is great, and her art is amazing.

Also, holy hell IRyS seemed REALLY pissed about the album leak.

You know what, that actually makes sense.

That doesn't.

Edit: About the teaser, she said she had to push a lot for it to finally have any result. So while my money is still more on the "new outfit" side of things, it kinda sounds more like a more impactful circumstance, so "redesing" clearly isn't of the table either.
My little brother has a record player and gets vinyls both as collectors items and he prefers the audio quality.

or it'll be a Nene situation and her going for a redesign just kicked her 3d further down the road and Council will debut in 3d before she does.
True. It would make fucking sense for Cover to give her a 3D as fast as possible though. Hell she's their fucking VSinger and they usually have talents attend other 3D events.

[The debut stream has to be an hour long] - IRyS

Neat, make your girls waste time for no fucking reason. And then La+ came and stuck it to them.

I’m starting to think IRyS doesn’t have a last name.

Hoozuki IRyS

I made a post about this with more information about a month ago:
There actually is something in there currently unannounced - IRyS's surname, Hoozuki.

Originally found in a trademark application filed back in October of last year, it was then withdrawn less than a month later. In December, Cover would file another trademark application with the name in it that has not been withdrawn. In March of this year, Cover filed a US trademark application that confirms the english spelling of the name.
