• The empty lots around Ronnie's crackshack are a bonus for Gunt's hollering.
• There's an animal shelter nearby he can drop Meigh off at if she becomes too much.
• The property is basically next door to a Dollar Tree AND a Dollar General. Fancy living.
• There's a store called It's Fashion nearby. It's more upmarket than Shein, there's possibly two layers of cheap fabric in these ensembles.
• The awesome Bass Pro Shop Pyramid is nearby. He could go holler at the aquatic life there.
• There's a state weigh station nearby, that could possibly accommodate his gunt.
• There's also a tonne of gambling he could do, very nearby.

It seems like a nice place, where Rozy could enjoy the environment and be relatively safe, yet nearby decent things that would enrich her life. So that means Ralph is absolutely not moving there.

Besides, I assume right now his only income is the crackshack's rent, so I doubt he'd give that up.

The gist of it is that it allows a “victim of . . . stalking, . . . or . . . a household member of a victim” who “fears for their safety, the safety of their children or household members” to use the California Secretary of State as a mail forwarding service to keep their address confidential. See Cal. Gov’t Code § 6206. There are additional procedures for keeping addresses confidential in court filings. See Cal. Code Civ. Proc. § 367.3. Aside from DV victims and such, the law has been used to protect the addresses of people such as abortion doctors and other politically favored groups in California. Ralph doesn’t qualify for this program for several reasons. For one, he’s not a “protected person” under this law because he’s not even domiciled in California. Moreover, participation in the program can be denied if the agency suspects “participation in the program is being used as subterfuge to avoid detection of illegal or criminal activity or apprehension by law enforcement.” We all know Ralph’s criminal history, his court orders, open court cases, etc. He would have to disclose all of that on his application. He’d have to notify Faith, Ade, and Matt Vickers, and they’d all have a chance to oppose it. Long story short, they’re not gonna let him keep his address confidential.

He has, and never will, do a home tour anywhere he lives because he lives in squalor. Ralph has always been very careful hide the interior of his home. We only get the moving blanket studio and a few, small accidental glimpses of the interior thanks to photos. The selfie stick is only unsheathed once he’s outside his house.

Ralph tries to cling to this facade that he’s a big success but he lives in homes that the average SSI /HUD recipient or a Wal-Mart associate would live in.

If he ever rented someplace nice he’d never stop showing it off. But he can’t even manage to keep 1/3 of a room decent or nice enough to show on a stream, it’s a tight shot on his fat face in front of cheap moving blankets. If he ever panned out from the moving blanket background you’d see he streams from a rat’s nest of trash.
