Unlikely. This hasn't grabbed people over here the way Alfie and Charlie did. I think it's because it's an older child. Or because the miraculous recovery didn't happen the past two times.
Also Charlie and Alfie weren’t dead dead, like Archie is. They were terminally ill with no chance of recovery, but as with cancer there’s the try every treatment, clinical trials, experimental therapy, don’t give up the fight thing. Never works, but people will still desperately hope that clinical trial will magically make them well.
Archie is dead. You can fly him to see the pope, or any country you choose for whatever “treatment” you choose, but we can’t treat death. Anyone with half an ounce of intelligence can see he’s dead and mum is just refusing to accept it.
Eta: i can see the family barricading themselves in the hospital to prevent unplugging, likely egged on by the army. But I can’t see too many pitching up at royal london. Although the weather is nice so they may turn up with picnics for a day out…
