They debuted about 4 months ago. Pippa who is the talent that gets the most views for her company has gotten close to 1k views once and it took almost a year. The fact that the talents have taken big breaks so close to their debut is also a big problem. Marketing 101, you need to go hard with new products (these girls are products) for the first 3 months after release.

It's the sad reality of small start-ups and often times I see from these new agencies is that either the talents aren't as interesting enough to watch or management does nothing after the audition period. Of course, none of us know what goes on behind the scenes but when management doesn't even do the bare minimum which is  advertising their talents, then it may be doomed to sink.

It does put a lot of pressure on Gen 1 of any agency to get the ball rolling so their company lives another day, sometimes I think about how only some make it to Gen 2 and others just flounder into obscurity.

If you think about it, Hololive basically did that as confirmed by Aki. They just gave the talents phones and basically told them to figure it out.

That's why they went with custom BGM for HoloX and they tried doing the same with EN. Problem is that I feel like once you start out with a BGM people will associate that BGM with you.
