If you look at @2lolis1cup 's post it seems ralph is using his uncles property 320 w danner as his mailing address, that's pretty much all there is so far. While it's not proof, it's interesting.

I tend to believe Howard just handles the taxes and paperwork for Gunt, just like he did for Ronnie, because he knows Ralph wouldn’t do it. Makes sense just to have the documents he takes care of sent to the local address he uses for properties.

I’d bet Howard handled the crack shack paperwork for Ronnie and now that Ralph inherited it, the tradition continues. Ralph wants to slide into the role of “mentally Ill alcoholic relative that Howard handles all the adult responsibilities for” that Ronnie once held.

I gotta laugh at front door “shutters” plus storm door. I’ve never seen decorative door shutters. I do not understand decorative window shutters but at least these ugly pine ones look like they could actually fulfill their purpose and shut the windows, if they weren’t nailed onto the house.

I assumed he would have his mail forwarded but they use the name/address to establish legal residency or some shit for dodgy tax purposes.

It’s hard to guess only because Howard seems like an astute business man and he could have many reasons for such an arrangement. It’s a lot easier to figure out any motivation with Gunt because he’s so simple minded and inept.

I am going to add this to the OP as well and keep it update as we go along. I've color coded a map by likelihood of it being the Gunt's new home state. Once we have a state locked down, we can narrow it own to a county and so forth. If anyone has thoughts on changes to likelihoods let me know.

So...not that I'd ever want to encourage anyone to actively go neghole pozzing or anything, but has it been visually confirmed anywhere that Gunt has vacated the old rental shack? I don't think I've seen that confirmed other than Gunt saying so. Has the possibility that this is all just a smooth brained ruse been ruled out?

Its funny you say that. My boots on the ground have produced new images of the Danner house from today. While there is an absence of Ralph's truck, I do remember saying he was going back to the Richmond house to get things today. I will continue to work with my contacts and hope they can do a pass when he is streaming so we can get better evidence. Another thing to factor is that it appears the driveway goes behind a fence and around the back of the house. Some further recon may be needed. I should also mention that Howard owns a decent amount of vehicles. I wouldn't be surprised if he left one there at times.

While there is an absence of Ralph's truck, I do remember saying he was going back to the Richmond house to get things today. sad thing about those photos are that the gunt could have parked where the cars in the satellite photo are. The angle of the photo and privacy fence would prevent us from seeing it. Unless you go down the drive way you won't be able to see it.

It's certainly not perfect as I do believe he stated that he was going back to the Richmond house today. That being said I think a few things can be gleamed from this.

1) The state of the yard gives me the impression that no one has been there the last few weeks. It also looks consistent to Ralph's standards of lawncare, lol.

2) The front porch lights are on, presumably because the person living there anticipates coming back late at night. I suspect Ralph plans on returning late night tomorrow or Friday evening. The drive from West Memphis to Richmond is 12.5 hours, add in time for for bathroom breaks, fresh slop, maybe a drug or hooker connect, and subtract time for him driving like an asshole, you get 12 - 13 hours approx. Being that the pig is lazy, he most likely will arrive tonight, get drunk, pass out, wake up late tomorrow, pack the car a bit, and leave the next day.
