That was just self-defense though... The person that got killed deserved it and it was almost like he wanted to commit suicide from the looks of it. The person with the knife was already retreating!

How do you know the guy is crossfit? Snatch and catch as far as I know is common among Olympic lifters. In the background, a woman with a lower weight pulled it off.

Calling it PoP is a meme, but the mix of plaster whatever the hell they get to make it work is legitimate. Margarito got caught and suspended for it before the Mosely fight. Margarito was on a couple fight winning streak against some big names, mainly Cotto. Cotto is a phenomenal fighter and Margarito completely destroyed him, Marg was tough, but should have never been capable of that type of damage. That win basically launched him in the states and shortly thereafter got the Mosely fight. Before the fight Marg's trainer was caught putting some kind of plaster pad wrapped into his fighters wraps. It was removed, but since this was prefight, the fight went forward with legit wraps. Mosely beat the brakes off of Marg as everyone started to figure out that Margarito has likely pulling this scam for a little while. Queue 1 year suspension, and a tune up fight against an ok Mexican fighter than you'd expect Margarito to knock out (was known to stop fight and not go the distance). And he somehow got a Pacquaio fight which he got destroyed for 12, Pacman saying he purposely punished him... and a return fight with Cotto which Cotto stopped in the 9th with a tko he was beating Margarito so bad, post fight Cotto said "suddenly he doesn't hit so hard".
After his little US punishment tour he went back to Mexico to fight plumbers.

Moseley had a ton of power and speed. He even got an extra shot in that completely flatlined Margarito after it was called.

Damn. This encapsulates what makes most death videos so fascinating to watch to me. They're mostly so unspectacular. No gory blood sprays, no theatrical body language or dramatic screams. One stab and before he knows it, he's expiring on the ground.

The weird echoey sound and lighting made me think it was partially outside or at the very least well after most of the shops had closed. Turns out it was the shopping arcade of a train station. Notice that the shops have glass around them to keep the heat/air conditioning in.

You don't, you just throw it away from you or move your body out of the way if there is an issue.
Trying to spot a lift like cleans, or really any big power/Olympic move is more dangerous for the spotter than the lifter.

Weightlifter checking in, this is correct. Unless you're retarded or suffer an extremely freak accident (Steiner at the Olympics,) the worst that'll happen is you tweak your elbow or shoulder. Assuming you stay tight throughout the lift, fucking up in the way of the video basically won't happen.

Pilot was good enough to deal with what sounded like an engine failure. I've always wanted to do a helicopter hog hunt.
