For the love of god man, at least get a public defender. 90% of people who defend themselves lose. Even if you’re going against a fat retard like David, you’ll most likely end up making a fool out if yourself
Public defender? It's not a criminal trial, and from what I've read getting a court-appointed defense attorney in a civil case is both rare and very difficult.

I am my own legal representation.

This doesn't give Stebbins legal help. In one of his filings, Stebbins asked about free legal services. Likely the collective response from those lawyers was "HELL NO!"

I couldn't agree more with this. Like the saying goes, ‘Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.’

Sure, Acer is a retard and has an absolutely god awful reputation, but in the field of pro se lunacy, he's the better retard.

Dude, seriously... Spend the couple hundred dollars on whatever lawyer you can find with some sympathy for your plight or not only do you risk having to pay Acer instead but you'll also have to deal with everyone laughing at you as he posts endless victory laps mocking you if you lose.

I love these kinds of posts. People giving advice on things they have zero info about.

As for the others, stop melting down over this. Few things:

1. Repeating for the 20th time things that have already been said isn't helpful, just waste of storage space
2. Stop taking the shitposting dude seriously.
3. Talking about starting to sell stuff to file motion to dismiss is far too early. The complaint hasn't been even properly submitted (as Acer hasn't paid the court fee and his IFP request is still pending)
4. The lawsuit is dead on arrival, as Acer made big Copyright lawsuit mistake that not even Russell Greer has made.

Relax, guys, and stop worrying. If you need to worry, you can do that after/if the IFP motion gets granted.

Lol, you could have just posted the link to the pro bono page instead of copying the page.
or not only do you risk having to pay Acer
Paying him what exactly? Acer literally legally cannot get a single cent as he hasn't registered his work (as he himself admitted)

If Zell does unironically go Forma Pauperis and Pro Se, this will be a fucking amusing battle of autists.
But seriously Zell, maybe you should reconsider your decision...lol.
I haven't the foggiest who Acerthorn is other than he's fat and I would not have sex with him.
That said I would like to see this very much, lol, this is some harvest.

Legal fees for all the crayons he ate writing his draft? I'm not a lawyer, neither are this guy or Acer, and I've seen my fair share of idiots in black robes who haven't passed the bar either so why roll the dice?

He can't recover that either, given that he can't even win this suit.

My point, ultimately, is that worrying about it now is too soon. While I do hope the newest victim of Acerthorn does inquire with the ABA for a possibility of a free lawyer, worrying about how he will have to sell his anus to turkish tourists to pay Acer is perhaps a bit untimely.

That, and the same posts were annoying me. If he was gonna take any advice, I'd recon he wouldn't need 20 posts to do so.

Let's wait for Acer's request to file his complaint for free be accepted or denied first, okay? If anyone feels the need to remind him that lawyers exist, please just DM him

People on here need to be extra careful when dealing with litigious cows. Their lolsuits may be hilarious nonsense, but if you are the one getting sued then it's a whole different realm, and in said realm, said nonsense costs money and time you could be investing elsewhere.

It's also extremely unadvisable to talk about shit that affects you personally unless you know exactly what you are saying. Getting sued is not something to brag about until it's actually behind you.

Case in point:
With this post, you may have just confirmed service to David, and now you can't claim non-service as a way to deflect or delay his retarded lolsuit.

I'm too lazy to quote your other post (the one where you talk about not having a VPN for some unfathomable reason), but you told him there that whatever IP he can potentially subpoena from here is actually yours and not a VPN.

You need to start assuming that he's reading this thread like a hawk and stop posting here without having an attorney tell you what you should post and what you shouldn't.
Concur in part and dissent in part.

Getting sued is most definitely not something to brag about. Ever. Even after it's all said and done. Well unless it's to stick your thumb in the eye of the lolcow that sued you and crashed and burned hard. Then do it all day long and twice on Sunday.

Posting anonymously on a gossip site, however, does not confirm service. Like at all. It still has to be done. Doesn't work that way at all thankfully. He could argue it and a lazy judge might agree though, so it's best not to be too loud about it.

And obviously always assume that the lolcow reads every word you post online in the open about the lawsuit. Best not to give away things and make it easy for him. Poking fun at his filings? I will admit that is a shit-ton of fun but still best done in couched terms. Just enjoy others dunking on him.

Does all of this fart-smella's supposed legal knowledge come from filling frivolous shit?
He claims to have worked as a paralegal, although it is hard to understand how someone this nonfunctional could have done that.

Even if it's true, "paralegal" covers a lot of ground from being a glorified typist to someone who actually carries out real business.

Like Russell Greer, he seems to have picked up a lot of legal language but doesn't know what it means, and also like Russell, even when he does, he lies about it. Also like Russell, he thinks he's smart enough that even a dumb judge would fall for his bullshit.

However, also like Russell, he does know enough to be a nuisance. However, he doesn't know enough not to be obviously vexatious to anyone who has ever seen a vexlit.

It has the look of gamesmanship to it. While service is an indispensable formality and a court entirely lacks jurisdiction without it, it's generally better to appear to be the party acting in good faith.

Back of my mind was telling me that Zell was shit posting by the point he be like, "I am my own lawyer", hahaha.
Oh well, at least I made a post with less effort compared to some of the others. Silly me.

I think he went to school to be a Paralegal. I doubt he ever worked a day as such. Probably a BOCES type vocational school in High School.
