To be honest, I disagree with the "mix males and females together" idea. Sure, Nijisanji achieved success doing that, but that's because they have been doing that since they were formed. Hololive on the other hand have always separated the females and males, suddenly changing that might result in a "culture shock", both among the talents and the fans, and this might lead to potential issues down the line.

I can already see a potential problem that might resulted from that. In those cross-branch events, like the Usaken Festival or MK Tournament, how are they going to handle the mixed-gender EN branch? Invite the girls only and pretend the boys don't exist? Invite all of them and force the JP girls to interact with the boys? (keep in mind just because you think the EN girls would/should interact with the boys, doesn't mean the JP girls should be subjected to the same expectation)

If StarsEN are resigned to a fate of being othered by everyone in the company except senpai dealing with the same thing, then that means their best shot at maintaining momentum would be by trying to ingratiate themselves with Niji, VShojo and Indies like Shxuto.

So, kind of just the EN version of StarsJP hanging out with Niji, AniMare, and Indies.

Worst case scenario is that NijiEN were the ones blocking the girls' collabs after all because they were preemptively starving StarsEN from getting any momentum through them, which would mean StarsEN will turn to VShojo and big Indies. If it was Holo putting the block on, they may be more willing to open their doors to mutually benefit from one another's audiences.

By the by, Aruvn said he was going on hiatus, yet he still has an active project that won't be completed until way later.

He has asked fans to sing a part of a Porter Robinson song so he can mix them all together with a deadline of 2 weeks, and mixing them into the final release may take another 1-2 weeks from PrettyPatterns. So he'd still be producing content about a month after HoloTEMPUS' activities begin.

For Hololive, this is normal: DDK, Keeki, Nagu, Namie, and Shachimu are still active on their personal accounts and none of them ever stipulate or announce a 'hiatus' - that's a Niji thing. Enna and Reimu - the only other two active non-tuber utaite - announced an 'Indefinite Hiatus' prior to joining NijiEN.

So my theory is that, IF Aruvn isn't in this new Stars group (which is just as likely, I'm just rrat-peddking), Wave 6 will arrive next month as it lines up with Niji's release output slowing down to a 6-month interval or 'break'. It also has the added effect of taking place around the wounded animal that will be Council's 1-Year Anniversary.

I definitely can’t watch it again, but for those that missed it.
You know…I kinda wonder if Kobo asked if she wanted to collab again momentarily forgetting Sana was graduating, only to remember and that’s what made her start crying as much as she did.

Piggybacking off your comment to reiterate some general knowledge. Everybody, the JPs ENs and IDs, all can collab with whoever they want to collab with. There is no hard divide that is in place when it comes to interaction and there never has been. They all choose to do whatever they want to do. Some of the boys are ok with collabing with the girls and some don't care to do so, some of the girls want to collab with the boys and others don't. As for those events you mentioned specifically, it's usually marketed as just a Hololive event. If they were going to have the boys, then I imagine it would be marketed as a Hololive x Holostars event if something like that ever happened, but it hasn't really ever happened so I don't expect it to start now either.

Let it be known that my stance is that only true autists try to force interaction and collabs between talents, regardless if they are same sex or opposing, and likewise only autists try to justify hating on collabs solely because they are opposite sex. Bae and Roberu had a great dynamic in their last stream, so why hate on it? Just so, I hope I don't see grayniggers in chat begging the girls to collab with the new boys when both sides will likely have some people that want to interact, but only when they are ready and choose to do so. I'm going to be cringing out of my body when I see it happen live or sent in a superchat lol.

Not sure why you want it, but I'll bite
Curiosity literally. Someone that I know said that she was doxxed here but it didn't had the page because the thread has more than 5k+ pages.. Thanks btw

Pippa is the kind of a woman(if she's like the vtuber) that I would never go out on a date, I follow the rule "don’t stick your dick in crazy"

mild mistakes in translation
it wasn't just about the mistranslations but also about inappropriate clickbaiting titles+thumbnails to cause unnecessary controversies. He's one of the clippers that got blacklisted by Cover and multiple Holos from JP to EN have made fun of his signature BOLD RED TEXT, BLACK OUTLINE, SAD thumbnail. So, no thanks.

Be fair, those auditions had been up for over a year at this point. Fact they could only find four guys is saying a lot. Either they had extremely high requirements or the standard ratio of people applying was frankly that low.
Probably the latter. Let's say you're a male streamer - what does joining Holostars get you? You're not going to get the same sort of brand boost that women get from joining Hololive proper. You probably won't be able to play the games you like. You'll probably have to completely suppress your power level to appease some weird Japanese corporate mentality. And if you're a gosling, you probably won't even be able to collab with your oshi (in fact they'll probably select against that).

We live in a world where greasy goblin men like Asmongold, xQc, and mizkif can be top streamers. The benefit of hiding your appearance behind a Live2D isn't that high for men.

It's just not the same value proposition as some 2view girl looking for a fresh start.

EDIT: Other than the salary of course. That's probably attractive to some people.

Kurusu Natsume's 3D debut is about to wrap up.

She announced that her Light Novel series is getting a Manga Adaptation releasing in KADOKAWA's Monthly Shōnen ACE.

Did you forget about Nijisanji koshien or....
No I’m well aware he’s in that. I wasn’t trying to say or imply he never does anything with Nijisanji anymore. I was just saying he’s no longer apart of the company since that program terminated. Doesn’t mean he can’t/won’t collab with other Nijis though he absolutely will as seen with Nijisanji koshien.

Speaking of that clip related.

Clickbaiting meh... Controversy?! I fucking love them. That's what this forum lives for!

They still sound so BASED to me! Very Kiwifarm-material in my opinion.

Otakmori is improving now though. Redditors just can't get over mild mistakes in translation like the bitches they are.
Speaking as someone that speaks Japanese natively, it wasn't "mild mistakes", it's literal rewriting of history at times to the point Cover had to step in at one point regarding his bs.

The salary iirc is slightly below JP minimum which is nothing to anyone outside of it, which is why JP treat vtubing as a side gig. The attractiveness is going from Indie > recognition especially as a male vtuber. Hololive is a strong brand that you can go from a 1-3 view to at least 200-1k+ IF you're actually supported, which is more than enough to live on when you take into consideration merch sales (highest % you get), superchats/streamlabs and natural CCV earnings after cut.
