Armchair psych, but I wouldn't be surprised if he had some sort of body-dysmorphic issues and a slew of social issues. Gets obsessed with "hiding" from people to the point he develops an insane mask-wearing complex which turns into a general silicon fetish, alongside completely warped views of relationships where sex is the sole aspect. The woman he seeks is not there to be mutually supporting and share love with, but to be an object of total desire.

I feel sorry for his mother when he inevitably wears her face.

Oh yeah. The pic where "she" has a huge smile on her face was definitely manipulated. Though I'm pretty sure her mouth is adjustable to a certain extent. For... reasons.

Her head is also removable.

For sure. I think he definitely likes some of the attention he's getting, but at the same time he's been 'malfunctioning' for a long time. Even before he bought the doll. I wouldn't be surprised if he eventually troons out or something.

Can't never tell if he's fucking around or not, but here's possible confirmation. Living with all the young people in a highly populated downtown area must have been one of the key driving points in him becoming a fucking lunatic dollcell.
