Prison Letters 7/4/2022- New Helena and Eels and the Eggman Collab Letter

I would take what Chris relays with a grain of salt. His attorney probably told him something like "don't worry, I'm working on getting you out of here as soon as possible" and Chris translated that as something definitive. But if Chris is getting out soon and if his attorney actually gives a fuck about what's going to happen to him, it's entirely possible that he'll draft up some sort of agreement between Barb and Chris where he's allowed to continue living in the home with the caveat that Barb resides elsewhere. No idea what the terms would be for who pays the mortgage but it would be an interesting saga witnessing Chris being forced to shoulder the entire financial responsibility of the house for a few months until the bank inevitably comes knocking. Also taking into account Barb's mental state she may not be able agree to such a thing and if she has a Power of Attorney who's a family member they very well may tell Chris(through his attorney) to go fuck himself.

Either way, life after jail for Chris will be interesting.
Chris has an public defender (Or VAs equivalent - an appointed private attorney). The rules of professional ethics, to the best of my knowledge, would prevent him from doing legal work beyond criminal defense for Chris as it could lead to a conflict of interest. Especially between someone who is at least a witness and at most a victim of the crime your client is accused of. That would include any formal legal agreements like that you mentioned. Although he might be able try to facilitate something informally.

It's not taxed, it's garnished before it's deposited into his account

I never said taxed...

The government keeps 25 percent back or whatever until he has caught up

If someone is overpaid, they will be underpaid to make up for it.

Scource: a relative on SSDI was overpaid for a number of months.

Her checks were garnished
What are you even talking about? What over payments? Unless the jail mistakenly contacted SSA, or if Chris was sent to Western on a very specific thing, then there's nothing stopping his disability insurance.

Please read the FAQ, there is a section on it there.

SSI and SSDI overpayments are garnished.
If someone has been cashing Christian's checks while he's in jail, future payments could be cut.

The government will retake their money off the top. They won't trust a thief to willingly repay.

Based on Chris letters, it's almost certain he was sent to WSH for IST, so if the SSA didn't suspend it and then finds out, they'll want to get back the money for the months that he was there.

If they didn't notice, this is still probably better for Chris though as it would save him from having to use his retard brain trying to get SSDI turned on again while he's still in jail. He might have to accept reduced money for a while later but that's a passive thing, and Chris having to do work for something is an uphill battle.

I think there's a very good chance that Chris is going back to 14BC. If he helped pay any of the mortgage at all then he's got a good claim that he was a de-facto tenant and has a right to move back in to his domicile.

That's the law in most places and it's why it's so fucking difficult and shitty to get rid of squatters if you're in the landlord game.

He technically hasn't paid in 12 months in that case. Wouldn't that factor in to his consideration as a tenant? Assuming Barb didnt pay from his TB

They (Barb, Harriet, Tom, who the fuck ever) would need to formally evict him.

Shitheads do this shit to landlords all the time - move in, pay 1 month of rent, and then squat for as long as they can while the landlord is all tied up trying to do an eviction. And those are motivated landlords who care enough to go through with all that.

I'm sure the US government is not dumb. If Chris is in jail, I'm sure it popped up on their gaydar.

... Barb, whether or not she was complicit in the motherfucking...
Does this really matter? Does Virginia have SVUs in police depts? Barb is considered a Special Victim due to being elderly. Nick Bate's little sister was a special victim due to being a child and he got 40 years in prison [as he should] for less sexual activity than what Chris did (penetration).

If Chris gets out after a year, then it looks like he has once again played the autism card to his advantage.
I hope he gets the whole book thrown at him.

Eels mentions new financial contacts with deep pockets? Are Caden and Pradetor such simps they're backrolling chris? Or is there someone else stupid whose giving chris money

I wonder where barb is? Did she wind up in a shitty old folks home or is she staying with uncle Tom and aunt hariat. I doubt Cole Allen smithee wants anything to do with her

I think family tried to house her but realized she's beyond their resources (or testing their sanity) so probably sent her off to a home. It's all guessing though but I assume we'll eventually hear about it from Chris.

Chris is such an ungrateful piece of shit. Null is the only person who has ever tried to actually help Chris have any hope of resembling a halfway functional person, and all Chris has done is shit all over him. Fuck Chris. He deserves whatever horrible shit happens to him in life.

Yes. No. Yes. No thanks. Teflon Tard.

These letters are window into Chris's mindset and I'll take whatever I can get until July 28th.

By law, Special Victims are those classified as elderly, disabled or child. Even if the county/state doesn't have an Special Victims Unit per se, that doesn't change the designation.

Speaking of, I'm puzzled why Chris was not charged with rape when he was the caretaker of an elderly woman? The black male caretaker who impregnated the woman who was in a vegetative state in Arizona in 2019 and Bates who messed with his little sister were given prison sentences. What makes Chris's case different?
As it's been said before he's more trouble than he's worth. The county doesn't want to deal with him or his fubar mom anymore than they have too.

Bates' little sister didn't consent and the vegetative woman cannot consent because of obvious reasons. Barb's mental state is like Chris's state, it's on the border of being too senile to function to being just lucid enough to function. Of course this is further muddled by how she is willing to exaggerate her dementia and her unwillingness to cooperate with the law.

"Trash" is not a legal term for police, lawyers or judges to abide by. It may be something KF finds acceptable to consider certain individuals but we're not in charge. We all know or have seen people who we may think of that way but these people aren't bound by our opinion. Which is quite fortunate for them and us.
No need to get your knickers in a knot; I just called her “trash woman” because calling her a “hillbilly” every time felt repetitive. She is fond of trash, lives in trash, and probably would have died in trash had things gone differently. It’s not a besmirching of thy maiden fair’s character.

It is? What do you know that the rest of us don’t?
