I agree with the latter portion. Some people do fully build out there attics to include A/C but it's not super common. That spray in insulation shit between your rafters will keep your attic within a few degrees of your house and if you run air vents up there, it could be possible but unlikely.

The short answer is "lol, no." Any American bank account, paypal, etc all need your social security number. Ralph can move anywhere he wants but the second a court rules he owes and its obvious he has no intent on complying, his taxes will be gone after, his accounts, anything he has a lease on, etc. If they still can't get him, then they go after his property. They can seize and sell or give faith the sale value of stuff (which is way lower than market value, lol). So essentially the West Memphis crackshack of Ronnies will be a forced auction, and they could even take the Killstream IP and domain. At which point he would only be making it worse on himself by not complying because you start stacking financial crimes on the "being a shit father" tax known as child support enforcement.

FamilyTreeNow.com shows him having a landline 870-733-1705 last reported under his name in June 2022 with an address of 1509 Bangle Dr. Richmond, VA 23224 but if we follow the landline number it goes back to Sandra Ralph. Who also has a last known address of 604 Johnson Dr. West Memphis, AR 72301 after moving from the 532 Lois Marie CV address in April of 2021 which I thought was around when she died?

Generally, I don’t put too much stock in these sites, as they tend to have multiple versions of the same person as shown as ralph coming up under both ages for ralph of 42 and 36 have the same info for addresses phone numbers. However, looking at my info it was pretty accurate and showed my phone number the same way it does his. Also appears that Sandra’s cell phone might still be active.

A lot of banks will allow mail to be forwarded, but he will definitely need to update his address to get things like DMV, IRS, etc mail. A lot of it cannot be forwarded, and he will eventually need to update it. When he orders a new license and it gets returned since he moved, he will freak out.
