Dunno about you, but I ain't going in there. I assume their population centers are constructed with similar quality and suspect their infrastructure continues to operate and remain standing solely by sheer luck rather than any kind of competence.

The screams and the begging "I will leave!" with the criminal and him just not taking her seriously at all until the male cop just walked to the situation, pulled out the "Problem solver" and solved the problem

I just want to add a little update to this bc i think its important-i showed the bf this vid & said poor dude, no one couldve saved him, and the bf was quick to correct me-he couldve been saved. He said press your WHOLE HAND against the side of his neck and press HARD. Easiest to do with the guy lying on his back. He said the guy may pass out-make sure youre not crushing his airway, but as long as he has the other carotid on the other side of his neck, blood is still getting to his brain. Just keep pressing hard and have someone call 911. He was clear that this injury was survivable and the guy died bc no one did anything, probably bc they didnt know what to do, saw all the blood and freaked, and/or assumed (like i did honestly) that with an injury like that theres no chance. But apparently thats not true.

So then last night i was in the NSFL sub on reddit and there was a vid of a french moutain biker who crashed, broke his pelvis, and cut his FEMORAL artery, which is like a freaking garden hose, and you do get a shot of blood literally pouring out of dude. But both biker dude and his friends stay calm and put lots of pressure on the wound while others got help-and the guy lived.

Tl;dr-its actually survivable. If you ever see this happen to someone or even if it happens to you, stay calm, you gotta not focus on all the blood, and apply a LOT of pressure. You could save a life.

Nature's vengeance will be swift once she finally turns her attention towards China. That entire nation is built from cardboard, plaster of Paris, aluminum foil and lead paint. It's only a matter of time before something gives and an unstoppable catastrophic failure of some kind ushers in a billion deaths over there. China is at the top of my list of countries I will absolutely never visit in person for any reason whatsoever even under duress, mostly because it's seriously a 50/50 shot as to which would kill me first: the bugmen or the fucking deathtrap constructs they make.

Women shouldn't be cops, firefighters or soldiers. When they try, people die who shouldn't have to. That's not sexism -- it's reality. Women aren't fighters. They lack the instincts and drive to commit themselves to a violent course of action that isn't directly defending their offspring. Firefighters need to be strong hulking beasts to survive the vicious temperatures, foul air, falling debris, etc. You need to be able to bulldoze your way through a crumbling structure and brute-force your way through obstacles. You need to be able to tank hits and carry on. Women can't do that. They get people killed in fires. The same disadvantages (plus the very real problem of fraternization) apply to women soldiers, but their incompetence in the field gets their comrades killed.

Countless videos like this one demonstrate women can't defend themselves even when they're better-armed than the assailant. Women officers also usually won't chase a suspect if he breaks loose and flees. It'll be a clean getaway if she doesn't have any male backup there to do her job for her, and if she does give chase solo he'll easily dominate her if she actually catches up to him. Male suspects (especially black ones) routinely toss women officers around like ragdolls.

/r/nsfl is banned. Which sub are you talking about that still allows posts like that on reddit? They banned WatchPeopleDie and seemed to be purging the site of such content entirely.

And nothing of value was lost. So anyway, I think that an enclosed area with bulletproof glass should be standard for stores, banks...wherever cashiers work.

Yeah, i mixed up two vids in my mind, lol, when i posted that i was actually thinking of the recent australian vid of the guys getting in a fight & the one guy getting his throat slashed & bleeding out, but i didnt edit bc the point stands, it apparently IS survivable, or at least worth trying (if the guy is worth saving & not a robber).
