I wonder how many of these types of Reddit posters are victims of helicopter parents who never let them make any decisions, never taught them any life skills, didn't let them out of the house and hang out with anyone or go to actual parties because it's "too dangerous", let them on the computer all day as a babysitter and now wonder why they have mentally stunted manchildren as adults.

I mean really, no one gives a shit if you're into these hobbies as an adult. I saw some guy in good shape with his girlfriend buying a Funkopop at the store recently.
