I don't necessarily disagree, but the need for feedwater for both cooling and conversion to ultrapure water is considerable and is certainly a consideration. Improvement of materials for semipermeable membranes for water recycling will help but there's still an awful lot lost to evaporative cooling. I've heard estimates of big fabs using up to 10 million gallons a day, but I don't know that I trust the source.

Of course an island like Taiwan is no stranger to water supply problems.

I agree. Past a certain point it's still barons, burghers, and bishops fighting for pieces of the pie and pretending it isn't is a good way to starve.

There are alfalfa fields adjacent to my office campus that are cut, dried, and bailed every three weeks. Iridium is just up the street, so are many high tech companies. But it's Chandler and when the wind blows in the right direction, you can smell the cow farts from the local dairy farms.


The new Intel Fab is HUGE. The old Intel fab site off of Chandler Blvd. is now just a shell. They have completely razed the old Honeywell site at Priest and Warner. Not sure if they are rebuilding or moving on. That site was huge, as well. In Casa Grande, you've got a huge EV site with Lucid, Rivian, and Nikola doing EV manufacturing of cars and trucks.

The desert is not dead by any means and will rival Silicon Valley in no time for chip and hi-tech production.

What some people don't understand is these wave elections don't show up until around the election itself. Right now the cope among Democrats is the Democrats in these local races are polling better than Biden. The problem is the polling always favors the incumbent party and has for the last several wave elections. I think it was 2010 where there were 4 or 5 states Democrats thought they had a chance of winning and polling showed they had a shot, until the election came and Democrats lost all 5 by double digits. There is no way in hell Warnock won by only 2 points in a low turnout election is up 3 points with a massive enthusiasm gap, or with Kemp up 5-7 points.

Isn't the antichrist supposed to be very attractive? If so it won't come from Ukraine since they're all manlets. Plus we already know the antichrist comes from Illinois.

I once saw somebody on twitter parading tom cruse as a presidential candidate. And then my mind instinctively said, Anti Christ.

I like the man, but I dont trust him.

As far as I know the shooter is an apolitical white twig. The apolitical thing might change as more news comes out, but we're pretty certain about the other two.
