ok so clearly being a woman is not just fucking imaginary if you have a checklist of things you need to be more womanly.

Things were simpler back in the days where the word "trans" meant either "transvestite" or "transsexual". Either you were a biological male/female who liked dressing and/or acting like a female/male, or you wanted to go full hog wild and form yourself into the opposite biological sex. They were two distinct things with very visible and easy to comprehend differences. The popularization of the term "transgender" has just made things a hundred times more confusing and irritating and it feels like no one can agree on what the word "gender" actually means.

I propose if you're in the process of any kind of procedure meant to biologically change your body to be more like the opposite sex, you're not "transgender", you're a transsexual in progress. No more of this wishy washy "Uhh actually it's just what I identify as and how I present myself ok? It's a completely different thing!"
