You know things are bad when even the Capitol Police doesn't feel like carrying water for the Dems anymore...
If anything, this whole thing of Colbert’s team working with Triumph The Comedy Insult Dog is more disrespectful to me than no being surprised that their talk show host for the DNC is not getting charged for trying to bum rush the Capitol Building regarding the Jan. 6th Committee.

Can the AZ kiwis mansplain if they can kick this guy at least from his state speaker of the house position? He's the reason bills about election stuff die on the vine.
A censure in the AZ (or US) Senate is basically nothing more than the nuns in Catholic school rapping you across the knuckles with a ruler -- you were a bad boy!

Short term, nothing will happen, although the censured is officially on notice that they fucked up. They can't get rid of him except through expulsion and that requires like a 2/3 majority vote (I believe).

It is funny that the censure is coming from his own party, which likely to kill any chance of reelection for him.

But we have a history here in AZ of sending complete nutjobs and whackos to the state legislature. Google Dr. "Chem Trail" Kelli Ward herself for some funny shits and grins.

For now, but there's always the risk of a case making its way to the supreme court and giving them a reason to overturn. The democrats in congress think they're being smart and sticking one to the court, but anyone with half a mind can see that if they could pass this, then they could have also passed legislation to codify abortion rights.
nah, abortion is more controversial
overall, the lack of a vote on gay marriage and abortion is a gentleman agreement. nobody wants their position, and party position, to be clear as day and binary. may be enough to shift voting patterns.
also, gay marriage probably has a couple R votes so even if some D go Nay, they still got backup. abortion might end up in Kamala's desk

Part of Capitol Hill as an Autonomous Zone sounds significant though.
Guess what they immediately did to it though.
I vaguely remember Antifa getting a bit too close to a hotel where actual important people were at, only to enter a crosswalk and discover all 4 directions suddenly had massive numbers of riot cops who were strangely no longer interested in letting the little faggots go.

Edit: Biden accidentally let it slip he has cancer in a speech today.

Well, now we know how they're gonna 25th him.

Edit: Also, his current plan C is to use an Executive Order to force the legalization of Plan B.

Because they have completely given up on governing and figure they'll just try this "by fiat" thing and hope the SCOTUS lets them this time.

Sure he's not talking about an older cancer incident? Or just being senile and saying shit?

"I, and others, HAVE cancer."

Not "HAD cancer." Yes, he did have some skin cancer removed, but this is different, this is him claiming oil gave him some form of cancer.

Yeah it could just be him being a potato brain again. Lets see how badly the white house responds to people asking about it. That'll be the real telling part.

I'm thinking @Gehenna was right. This was an op gone wrong. What I think went wrong is he was just supposed to hold some kids hostage and this was likely agreed on before he went in, hence why police played hostage situation with an active shooter. It was supposed to be a hostage situation but the kid went rogue and started shooting. I mean it fits with the police response and the subsequent confusion about what to do when he started shooting.
Since when was the last time a school shooter took hostages? If the whole thing wasn't a glow up they would have asumed he went into the school to kill the kids.

Companies like profits. Car companies make profit by selling cars. By switching to EVs, they threaten to lose profits by people just opting out of cars entirely since the battery cost more than the car. So why use battery cells and not develop hydrogen cells? Are they just nearsighted? Retarded?

Because if you have neofeudaliam, you lose your market, period. You're stuck with the small groups of elites forever since they won't let up on the feudalism shit. And the elites only have their power due to their money. And once pretty much every market dries up, you lose your income and eventually your money.

I don't understand. I guess I'm not as big brained as these WEF elites
It's far easier to drag everyone into the third world than it is the first world.

The January 6th hearings and the Bannon indictment are a disgrace.

I'm starting to seriously believe that the 2020 election was outright rigged and not merely corrupted by the media refusing to tell the public the truth. Though is there even a difference between those two things? My parents still believe Russiagate, voted based upon that and still watch the same liars every evening on the news. Sad.

Reminder that the Secret service absolutely loved Trump and to this day, even after an attempted ideological purge, they stand behind the man. I heavily suspect that this is -the- reason Trump hasn't been assassinated.

Trump wasn't normal, what he was, was professional. Trump has a long, well documented history for how he treats employees. They are not friends, they are not buddies. They are employees, to be treated with respect. They are to not be interfered with, where their job intersects with your actions you defer to them. You do not insult, denigrate, or belittle them.

And he enforces this on his kids and his staff too. Don Jr. got a public reaming out back in the 90s for getting handsy with one of Trump's employees.

The Secret Service are often treated like absolute shit by the first family and their staff. Despite being college graduates and a large number even holding higher degrees including ph.ds they are often treated like they are sub-80 IQ Neanderthals. So having an employer who treated them proper and would even defer to and ask their input on matters of security must have been some very fresh air, considering their lasting loyalty to the man.
Lifetime protection. Gotta love it.
stupid fucking USA threw global trust out the window to own putler, and no one actually useful to them regaining hegemony wants to play ball anymore.
It was more owning Trump, but yeah Putin was also a factor, and the EU agrees with the US in a lot of shit, along with Canada.
The whole Desantis thing is 100% astroturf. Desantis would be a bad pick and would most likely not win in the general election. He doesn't have what it takes to bring the Trump voter base out to vote for him. By that I mean the 25-30% of the democrats that voted for Trump in 2016 and 2020. Desantis would lose the 2024 general election for sure. Trump is the better choice because he is a household name politically. Everyone knows what Trump will do as president. Desantis is a complete unknown. Taking Desantis out of Florida to run in 2024 would just rob Florida of governor that seems to be doing pretty well except for a few things like red flag laws.
Also, hasn't Ron basically said he's not interested in being President to begin with?
It is important to remember.
No political figure is on 'your side'. Anyone who steps into politics has their own agenda, their own purposes, and is willing to engage in duplicity. Yes, this includes me.

Politics runs on a thin layer of corruption, duplicity, and backscratching. An agreement to look the other way, play up rivalries, and make deals under the table. Tucker is exactly a product of this. A mouthpiece for moneyed and political interests on the 'right'. But even before the uniparty, and in fact in any healthy political system, the difference between Left and Right can be very small when behind closed doors. The problem for Tucker is that he can't seem to grasp that ours is not a healthy political system. That the differences becoming entrenched are not part of a grand play, but very really and very painful divides.
Aren't the likes of Jack Posobiec and Gab and Columbia Bugle and Gateway Pundit also the types to endorse Tucker as their guy and the only person worth watching on Fox News?
I love Larry Fink. He's essentially a lolcow. His control is almost entirely on paper, but he lacks the grit for true world leadership. None of these soft faggots are going to survive the global catastrophe they're so diligently trying to create. There's a reason original feudalism was a time of warlords. It's going to be pretty funny to see them try to buy off an army that shows up on their doorstep - they'll have a certified "do you feel in charge?" moment.
Meanwhile, China will be able to buy off armies and entire governments to survive the global shitstoem just fine.

Isn't both GOP contenders for AZ governor both super MAGA people? Or is that just Lake?

The son of Biden who supposedly wasn't a crackhead disgrace died of brain cancer didn't he? So maybe he was trying to talk about how he and many others have been affected by cancer and his brain had a Biden moment and he said what he ended up saying instead.
Idk it's entirely plausible the old fossil has cancer but I feel like that's the kind of thing even a DNC looking to have a puppet in office would be wary of putting up as the nominee in the first place.
