Maybe I was vastly overestimating Sisco’s ability to afford an actual house or investment property even where they are cheap. He must have been a shitty real estate agent if he couldn’t manage to buy some property to live in for his failed office run. I’d bet his “contributions” just paid his rent.

Any real estate agent, or anyone in sales, that would declare himself a proud groypher and run for office as such is obviously turbo sped.

Maybe Sisco and Ralph have joined forces so they can afford to rent a house. If both Sisco and Ralph needed to find a place to live I could see Sisco doing the leg work and putting his name on the lease and all the utilities.

Remember Ralph always claimed to not have his DL when he had cops question him in DC, only his passport which was really odd. Carrying a passport around is a pain compared to a DL in a billfold. I wonder if he had his DL on him when he got his reckless driving charge.

If Ralph becomes a fugitive there's a non-zero chance that some insane person declares themselves a bounty hunter and starts trying to track him down in order to hog tie him.

I don’t think he is currently a real estate agent. He hasn’t sold anything in a year plus in MD. It’s more that he lives/d in a cheap area in WV that Gunt could afford or might at least be helpful at helping Ralph find a new crack shack to hide out in.

Sisco was suddenly buddying up to Ralph these past few months for a reason. Sisco was the only IRL local buddy Ralph has and Ralph has trouble navigating the adult world because he’s a idiot that lived with mom till 34 and a walking disaster on paper. He would need a patsy like May or Sisco to rent places because even if he can easily afford the rent most landlords won’t touch a person with his criminal record, terrible credit, no employment and online footprint.

I believe that if he has a recent charge of reckless within 3 years typically that option isn't available for most states. Also reckless for him is (2) at a speed of twenty miles per hour or more over the speed limit or in excess of eighty miles per hour regardless of the maximum speed limit.

I also found these fun facts

Virginia drivers will be assessed 6 demerit points on his/her record, and the conviction will stay on his driving record for 11 years. Additionally, if convicted of reckless driving, the driver will have a permanent criminal record. Persons convicted of a crime in Virginia cannot expunge that crime from his criminal record.

A ticket or charge for reckless driving based on speed cannot be prepaid. In many jurisdictions you will be required to appear in court (or have a lawyer appear for you depending on local rules) or a warrant for your arrest may be issued for your failure to appear. You will need to check with a lawyer in the jurisdiction you received your ticket to know how that jurisdiction handles these cases.

My hopes remain high, regardless. This parentless fat fuck has far too much to offer:
Acts like player: fucks nothing but the ugliest of women. Has a 3” penis. Is physically repulsive in every measurable area imaginable.

Acts like a baller: no credit, has to in rough parts of town, $678 dollar note on an entry level truck from a manufacturer that CONTINUOUSLY puts out piss poor transmissions, AND you know he had to have the horse co-sign, so she’ll get her own financial version of “Mr Hands”. He constantly talks about all the money he’s making, when in reality, he went from 2-3hrs a night, to working almost an entire 8hr work day. Once you toss in inflation, baby needs, and gambling losses, all you have left is sloppy sack of West Memphis trash with a laughable lack of math comprehension. Almost forgot: Sweet ring, ralph!! Bought from a mall. (Memphis had goddamn jewelry stores in the 70s)

Acts like a tough guy: this is my favorite. Not only is he not physically tough, he’s mentally weak. Has anyone seen him throw a punch?! I haven’t. Dan whooped him 4x. Ralph knew he had ran his own mouth off as a badass, and he knew it was being recorded. ANYONE ELSE would’ve just thrown out a fist to save a little face. But not Ralph. Lifelong coward, fully documented. Ronnie should’ve beaten him more.

Besides Meigh’s financial future, all of these things are fucking facts, no fanfic, but when just these things are taken into consideration, no hopes can be dashed, ever. I hope his miserable ass lives forever.

Can cops run a passport like they would a DL? Would a passport show his prior arrests and convictions?

I’m sure once they have his name from it they could then look up his DL and all relevant info but he’s legally required to have his DL on him if he’s operating a vehicle. Passport doesn’t cut it and pisses off cops - that’s the federal system not the state. Passport has nothing to do with driving.

He probably wanted to leave Va because his license is going to get suspended. In the past ppl would move across state borders, or fake a new residence in another state, in order to get a valid license. I don’t know if that still possible to do with some of the new ID laws and computer systems.

Serious offenses are always looked up. I'm not sure if this qualifies, but I'd think.

It's a very Ralph like thing to do. It also doesn't fucking work.

The license is valid as long as the previous state has no reason to make their version suspended. This reckless driving is a great way to suspend a license. So even if he gets a new one in a new state, he won't have it valid long after VA suspends his. It won't matter to the gunt though. He will drive with no license, since that is the wigger thing to do.

Hey Ralph you won't show for the court date because you know the judge will ream you. We will then get to laugh at you more for not being able to legally drive.
