Good news for Baked Alaska a-logs. There is no protective custody in federal prison. If you are locked up by the feds and you can't hang in general population the only option is to throw you in the SHU aka special housing unit, aka the hole, aka the prison inside a prison. I think the normal schedule there includes 23 hours a day lockdown then they let you hang out in a human sized dog kennel outside for an hour so you don't go completely insane. He really has no option but to stay in GP.

He is willingly going to go to jail by an illegal government. Talk about a poor example to his other comrades who apparently can stand up to this illegal governance. I wonder between now and sentencing what shit he will get up to to ensure the judge really dislikes him (who you know, has no right to judge him as a Sovereign Citizen).

Also, that SHU description is accurate from what’s I’ve heard. But it’s restricted to special cases last I checked.

This is how Baked & Fuentes will play this off. They will just pretend that the plea agreement does not include an agreed upon snitch clause. And the bulk of his audience will buy it. Young foolish idiots are their audience.

As a side note, all of that copywritten music being played on their live streams is kind of foolish given how much Nick Fuentes has targeted everyone else. That is huge ammo. RIAA would eat cozy for lunch if reported.

EVERYONE. In truth, nobody in his crowd has done anything that bad beyond the attacks, threats, blackmailing & swatting of their supporters & allies. The Feds will let that pass. They want them to do that.

What they really want is anything they can use to turn other people into snitches. That and anything they can use to manufacture a right wing terror/insurrection plot to please their political masters.
