Distinguishing Marks/Features: Presumed to have undergone gender reassignement surgery, likely being performed in 1984 or prior. Had 250cc silastic breast implants that were discontinued in 1983. Long manicured nails. Evidence of hormonal treatment. Robust, athletic build. Possible healed fracture of anterior left 7th rib. Healed fracture of the right cheek bone secondary to blunt trauma. Healed fracture to the right 5th toe. Evidence of a surgical rhinoplasty.

Circumstances of Discovery​

A passerby looking for cypress wood to build lawn furniture, discovered the decednt's remains in a wooded area in the Green Swamp area known as Four Corners in the vicinity of Hwy 474, four miles east of Hwy 33.

It appeared that the body had been dragged from the roadside to the location it was found. The victim's pantyhose and skirt had been rolled down, indicating a possible sexual assault.

Initially, the decedent was believed to be a cisgender woman and it was thought she had given birth*. When the remains were tested again, DNA revealed that the decedent was a transgender woman who had gender reassignment surgery, which was uncommon for the era.

The victim is known to investigators as "Julie Doe." In 2018, it was announced the DNA Doe Project would take on the case to identify potential relatives of the victim. The first two rounds of extraction were unsuccessful and a third is pending after additional fundraising.

Isotope testing performed by the University of South Florida indicated the victim was most likely native to south Florida before death.

*in 1988, the investigators would not have immediately considered a post op troon as a possibility on a mummy. They’d just assume they were looking at a cis woman with a weird build with a vagina messed up by childbirth and probably violent sexual assault. If the remains were skeletal, they would’ve immediately recorded it as transvestite.

Now this is just lazy police work. This should be easy to ID.

Pretty easy to diagnose the woman as pregnant lol, and you don’t have to worry about some of the fuckups that actual OB-GYNs have to worry about, like missing a cancer diagnosis, screwing up a c-section, or failing to diagnose something like PCOS or fibroids.

The good part is biology is kind of racist and sexist, so you'll most likely be helping someone very similar to you genetically. It's why mutts can have rare HLA types that are almost impossible to find a donor match for. Example: Thai and Ashkenazi Jewish. Can't find the story atm. She was a stem cell donor going on about stem cell registry diversity and how a match would be hard for her if she ever needed it bc of her "unique" heritage.

Patients in need of a stem cell transplant are more likely to find a genetically–matched donor from their own ethnic group.

u/ratwater should be told that bravely standing up for the surgeon who's mutilating women for money won't make him love her or give her a good "penis."

There's a whole Facebook group for victims of Cetrulo, and there's definitely been plenty of drama since it was discovered that he has never successfully completed the "delayed abdominal" procedure he invented. He has also been showing prospective patients photographs of the results of completely different methods of phalloplasty.

He's a quack. We all know those stomach tentacles aren't fixable by him or by any other surgeon, because we've heard from some FTMs that other surgeons they've gone to for repair work have no idea what the fuck he was even trying to do. I'd really love to get a look at that Facebook group, I bet it's a gold mine.
