He's going to a minimum security Club Fed. All the hornyposters talking about the Aryan Brotherhood shanking Faked in the ribs while a Crip plows his McNugget-plumped asscheeks need to pack up their boners and settle down.
The only thing I am expecting is for him to get beat up for being annoying in prison. Considering that Baked's most consistent trait is annoying the fuck out of anyone and everyone, it's going to happen very quickly unless he keeps his trap shut. No black penises are needed, only hands and feet.

Yep you are right. I was downplaying it I guess.

I know a guy who is being worked over by the Feds cause he turned up at the capital. To save his career he’s singing. He talked real tough up to jan 6 and ever since has been quiet as hell once people started getting rounded up.
I have a lot more sympathy for some otherwise respectable guy fearing for the integrity of his booty-hole than someone like Baked who practically begged for it and was compromising people long before he even got arrested.
he took a plea deal so he is admitting guilt and agreeing to answer the feds' questions and give the feds access to his social media (assumed to include his stream inside the capitol which will help identify the people who were inside or further incriminate people) to shave time off his sentence
And it couldn't be just that because they already had that shit, since the moron posted his facedox video publicly.
Why so long for sentencing? A former friend of mine got sentenced the same day that he put in his guilty plea.
Once he's sentenced all their leverage is gone.

if he pleads not guilty he doesn't have to answer any questions, you don't have to take the stand in your own trial. he took a plea deal so he is admitting guilt and agreeing to answer the feds' questions and give the feds access to his social media (assumed to include his stream inside the capitol which will help identify the people who were inside or further incriminate people) to shave time off his sentence

Haven't kept up with Jan. 6 because the ViOlEnT tErRoRiStS lost and it's a given that they were going to get fucked, but this is what I'm getting from a glance.

U.S Gov propaganda: Violent Insurrectionist scum came up from Dixie and invaded Washington!

U.S Gov: I hereby declare you a group of rapscallions. You left your Cheetos packets all over the place and you touched dad's special phone.

Seems like faggotry as far as the eye can see.
Several dozen people arrested onsite at Jan 6th were deemed dangerous or flight risks (not sure what the criteria was, if it was people with previous violent records or if it was completely arbitrary) were being held without bond in solitary. Haven't checked in on it in a while so idk if it's still going on, but that was the case as of April of this year. No that is not a typo.

1st Amendment doesn't cover trespassing/vandalism/breaking and entering (which is what the govt can at most stick some of the protesters with, legally). There's scuttlebutt about guards ushering some people in but I don't want to get derailed.

The govt is holding some of these people on suspicion of "domestic terrorism" which is a travesty. But this sort of tyrannical punishment for walking onto govt property or gathering to protest would be 5x worse if Americans weren't armed. Still should have been politician blood in the streets a dozen times over in the past decade.

I wonder if someone will make an easy to find website that only contains information about his love of cops, snitching and other unsavoury things. This might be problematic

The vast majority of people that got arrested and prosecuted for Jan 6 were in and out of the system without any long term consequences.

The ones that have been fucked have been the idiots that handled their situation about as well as a sovereign citizen at a traffic stop or were people that should have known better (like the two idiot cops from Virginia that filmed themselves and one of them was illegally modifying and selling firearms online while on pretrial release from this case).

Many people who were there at the rally got encouraged and swept along and just wandered in to the building after the cops had fallen back and the entrances were busted down. Those people got charged with trespass etc, and I can’t see any in that category who served any jail time at all.

When some went to the seat of government with a confirmed plan to kill various elected officials, prevent the peaceful transfer of power, carrying or with weapons cached nearby, and there’s gallows and pipebombs on the scene, I don’t think it’s really a stretch to call that domestic terrorism or armed insurrection.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes, as they say.

there are j6 defendants who served 6-8 months for "parading" or "obstructing an official proceeding". there are some who were in prison who were in the capitol for 15 mins or less
Though he only pleaded guilty to a single count of “obstruction of an official proceeding,” defendant Paul Hodgkins — whose criminal act entailed milling around the Senate chamber for approximately 15 minutes — nonetheless found himself branded a “terrorist” in open court by the US Government. Per prosecutors’ own admission, Hodgkins committed no acts of physical violence, and wielded no weapons. He was also never formally accused of any “terrorist” offenses, at least in a way that the Government would actually have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. Regardless, prosecutors have now introduced a theory in which it’s alleged that Hodgkins and other non-violent Jan. 6 defendants were operating within a supposed “context” of terrorism — and it’s this “context” that they’re citing to argue for more severe punishment. x
this guy got 8 months.

they didn't kill anyone, had no means to 'prevent the peaceful transfer of power', and those who supposedly planned to kill govt officials were random idiots who had 0 chance of succeeding. this doesn't make the vast majority of people protesting who weren't violent complicit in terrorism, but that is how they are being treated

Honestly it sounds like he got off pretty lightly if you read the statement of facts and the judgement.

And nowhere is terrorism mentioned in his case, AFAICS.

Stating intention and going to extreme lengths towards committing a serious crime is, and should be, punishable.

This guy is the most obvious grifter I have ever seen.

Before Fuentes found him groveling in the gutter in 2019 he was trying to appeal to the Left as an "ex racist" and trying to start an anti-racist NGO.

Via Wiki:

At the beginning of 2019, Gionet claimed to have abandoned the alt-right and released videos in which he denounced the alt-right and meme culture as sources of terrorism and violence. As part of an attempt to rebrand himself, he gave a series of interviews condemning the alt-right and expressed plans to establish a non-profit organization in order to teach anti-racism to white supremacists. However, in November of the same year, Gionet reverted to his earlier politics, professing far-right ideology and collaborating with the white nationalist Groyper movement.[8] He then began to earn notoriety for his livestreams, in which he would antagonize or harass bystanders, resulting in an assault charge in December 2020.[9][10][11]
