If this is not an allowed question, please delete, tease or downrate me. I have heard many tales of dissatisfaction with surgically created vaginas. Are there any credible stories of people having functioning satisfying sexual organs crafted? Is there anything empirical out there that indicates a better quality of life, post SRS.?
No, I'm not looking for masturbatory fantasies of Eros where people don;t realise they are dealing with retrofitted wetware. I'm wondering about post surgery satisfaction and a subsequent upturn in mood, improvement in quality of life.
"Are there any credible stories of people having functioning satisfying sexual organs crafted"
No, because that's just not possible.
The best you can hope for with these surgeries is to have some feeling left in your previously perfectly functioning sexual organs. Surgery isn't alchemy; you can't just stitch together pieces and have them create something new. It's easier to explain with phallo; no amount of sculpting and rewiring will suddenly allow a woman to create and shoot semen. The same goes for men who want women's orgasms (I won't lie, I have done no research into how a woman and a man's orgasms feel differently nor do I care to. I'm assuming they do since that's the holy grail for MtFs but the point still stands; hacking and slicing doesn't magically give you new positive sensations and experiences, just the pain and misery anyone would get from having a knife run through their dick).
If you (dear reader, not just Lance Private Drop Off) are still having a hard time understanding why let me give you this analogy.
Think of a food you hate.
Now imagine someone told you that you could love the taste of that food by shaving off your tastebuds. Would you believe them? Would you seriously believe that cutting away the very things that allow you to taste could somehow give you a better experience than what you have now? The best you could hope for with your goal of "liking" that food is to damage yourself so badly you just no longer taste it, which some people might still go for because it's "close enough" to liking it, but by doing so you've also sacrificed your ability to enjoy the foods you once liked naturally (and most likely the ability to enjoy eating anything at all thanks to the constant pain or, if you're lucky, numbness).
Pretty stupid, right? But people believe it about their genitals, even though they're WAY more complex than my example. And whether they're ignorant enough (due to lack of research, willful ignorance or actual mental impairment due to autism) to believe they'll get a perfectly functioning set of genitals or know the risks and are willing to dull all sexual sensation for their "close enough" (with SRS that would be the cope excuses we see where they're broken and bleeding but so happy be able to stand to pee, or just not have to see a dick when they look down anymore).
So no. There are no credible stories about people having function, satisfying sexual organs crafted. At best they can still get off on their fantasy's and have some of their previous sensations left, and any successful orgasm will not actually feel any different from their previous ones because lead doesn't become gold when you paint it; it's still all the same parts sending the same signals to the same brain, just stitched up differently.
