Don't know if this has been mentioned before but I re-watched the Metokur episode and noticed something during pppig's sob story.
He claims he just had to start grifting because he couldn't get work, he didn't want to get the vaccine and had no money.

Here's the first problem, he says those two things as if they are one and the same, this sounded ridiculous to me since it would be illegal in most civilized countries so after 2 seconds of googling, no, employers cannot require you to be vaccinated.

But OK, if we ignore that for now (people were in a frenzy over the fucking vaccine a year or so ago so let's pretend it's true, but I'm guessing he either never even tried to get a job beyond maybe a couple searches and the vaccine never had anything to do with it), the problem is that a few minutes later he slips up and says "I couldn't get work from home".
So his excuse for going against everything he has said during the previous 2-3 years and becoming a complete whore for superchats is that he couldn't get a job where he didn't have to leave his house? Is he too fat to go out? Too lazy? Both? If you work for a govt contractor in the US, you were given a deadline to be vaccinated or your employer would have to pay a fine to the govt per employee. How "govt contractor" was defined in the vax mandate language included businesses who received a certain amount of contract work from the govt, you didn't even need to be a CACI or Lockheed Martin. Construction companies and a lot of universities were included in this language as well, and it didn't matter if you worked 100% remote or not. You needed a doctor's note or a religious exemption (that it would be up to HR to decide to accept or not), or you had to be fully jabbed with all your boosters by X date. The govt kept moving the due date and now it's currently up in the air where it will likely remain for literal years. A lot of govt contractors and larger companies are still not hiring people who aren't jabbed whether you work remote or not, and this is in the US. It has to be worse in leafland. PPP's a loathesome dungeater but I can believe he would struggle to find work if he wasn't jabbed.
