i mean they literally come back to life from the depths of hell and bring the world to a utopia through a rock song that sings the praises of god. its a fuck load more blatant than LOTR, in the films you don't hear about sauron's fall nor do they really delve into the fact that the wizards are more like archangels. its like the intergalactic superhero turtle that saves the day in IT, you won't know what the fuck i'm talking about just from the movie.

I mean, historicly, when was the last time something as powerful as Amazon tried to force racial quotas into Tolkien's work ? Nazi Germany, no ?
I knew they'd go for the "the races of middle earth band together to win" globohomo angle, which is by far one of the most surface level analyses of the themes of Tolkien's works, but the most convenient one for them.
Their trying to make her a badass when in reality they pretty much downgrade her considering in the orginal lore she's already a wise and powerful female at this point in Middle Earth history.
