Grifters seen quiet about the Vic anime matsuri news (only clownfishtv and trentmichaels made videos)
- Nick Rekieta is traveling with his family on his annual family vacation. During this time he wanted to release archived streams while driving across country, but he's been copyright struck for one of his archives and his last stream before he went on vacation got a guideline strike. He did comment on it on Locals, though. Said he had been sitting on that info for months.
- Surprisingly, Yellow Flash hasn't commented on it since he'll be at Matsuri. He might do so during FlashCast tonight.
- ThatStarWarsGirl hasn't said anything despite that she'll be at Matsuri, too.
- Hero Hei, TUG, and even Come Geeksome have moved on.
- Vara Dark and smaller channels have covered it (like The Anime Collector/Open Chest Anime Podcast), though.

And people say they have no life.

IDK about you, but i feel like Anime Matsuri doing a dubbing studio seems like a bad idea. If Vic wanted to make his own dubbing studio, i would be find with that. But Anime Matsuri, aka the same organization with multiple lawsuits and a former head accused of workplace harassment? To me, it seems a little suspicious and feels like they're only doing it for a quick buck AND for the fact that Vic Mignogna is considered a household name. Maybe if the two movie do well, they probably have a future, but i don't see them go beyond that.

PLUS, They're playing with the big boys when it comes to this.

Considering Funimation’s own controversies and pedos they had there I think Matsuri is a step up lmao.

Who? And why the fuck should I care about this receding hairline motherfucker?
He's some cuck that lost his girl to Vic so he claims Vic raped his wife or some shit. Don't worry TOG died of coronavirus so we won't have to worry about him bitching about being posted on KiwiFarms plus half his stories about Vic are bullshit as he was talking about himself being rude to people over his shitty videos sucking ass. lol

I don't know what goes through a fujoshi's mind where they think it's ok to bring explicit yaoi to voice actors for them to sign. I forget if the girls who brought him that were underaged themselves, but it still doesn't make them look good when they accuse him of being homophobic over being uncomfortable with signing gay porn.

Could you imagine paying money to meet Clint Eastwood, walking up to him and saying "Hey Clint, will you sign my gay porn?"

Fujoshis in particular have major entitlement issues to the point where they bother male actors at conventions and ask them very inappropriate questions. They don't usually get reprimanded in any way because no one wants to tell these women that they're being creeps.

It's sounds like they are female versions of Russel Greer.

The guy doesn't have a thread on this site, so I guess he wasn't too notable for one.
How do you know he died of Coronavirus?
Also, why bring up what this no-name YouTuber said in 2019 if he is dead?

Cool but that didn’t really answer my question of why I should care about this faggot.

You know what I always wanted? I've always wanted to see anime adaptations of classic novels of the 20th century like 1984, Brave New World, Animal Farm, Jurassic Park and The Lost World, Lolita, Fahrenheit 451, All Quiet on the Western Front, The Master and Margarita, The Outsiders, and many other classic novels get their own anime adaptations someday.
There's an American animated movie about Animal Farm.

Vic has a chance to leave the cheesy Funimation-era dubs and bring actual acting into the fold. It blows me away that anime dubbing from the early 2000s seems to be the best era for anime dubs: FMA, Lupin III Part II, Berserk, CowBop, Trigun, Yu Yu Hakusho.. I don't know what was in the 2002 water, but we need more of it.

It was before they became obscessed with sounding just like the Japanese version. Most of the producers and voice actors were inexperieced at the time and had to focus on doing a good job rather than trying to be something that they aren't. The lack of acting experience made their performance sound more relatale and raw. They were trying to empathse with their characters instead of phoning in their Japanese stereotype imitations.

Well I'm late on this but I'm pretty sure more people will talk about this after Anime Matsuri concludes. It's only now that Vic Mignogna has become relevant again (there hasn't been that many big updates regarding the lawsuit or anything else going on with the guy for that matter) so I'm sure that the more notable individuals will start talking about him more again for the first time in many months. I'm sure Yellowflash 2 will make a video about it after he attends Anime Matsuri, I know that Hero Hei follows Anime Matsuri's Twitter page so I'm sure he's still keeps tabs on what Vic is doing now, and I'm sure TUG will eventually have to talk about it once the drama with Amber Heard has finally run its course.

This is still big developing news so once more details about this show up, I'm sure more people will talk about it then.
