You seem to think you are worthless, something you've been told by others as well as something you believe yourself. Feeling like you have worth is a very difficult thing to change once you've internalised it, but it is possible. Do you want to be happy? Do you think it's possible for you to be happy?
Most of your life seems low effort by design, including your videos and comments - they're off-the-cuff, not things you spend a lot of time on production or anything like that. Is it because when you've put effort in, you've not found it worthwhile, like with dating? Is there anything you've done that took effort that you're happy with just for you, without basing it on external validation?

I do sincerely hope you don't ever start to think that you're actually a woman. It's not true and will just make everything worse, but you've given several factors that suggest you're vulnerable to that line of thinking.
