I remember this one. When the game was revamped, it got a really sick do-over and a ton of cool mechanics (a hard mode for difficult players, special events that combine multiple disasters in one, boss rounds).

So, let me get this straight - they let a convicted pedophile who used their platform to groom children stay unbanned? While at the same time banning another user for pointing out that one of their moderators was liking fat furry fetish porn on his official Twitter account?

Don't know if this counts cause it's official & I can't seem to find an official Roblox thread, but Roblox added this in the game as an event item.
I'd recommend archiving this video cause the comments are being too based.

2: They removed Egg Hunt & made religious reasons an excuse for that. But this is haram in most countries.

Gear is pretty much stopped since a while ago, last free gear that comes to head is the Egg Phone. In fact, things that could've been gear are now backpacks. Shirts are kinda rare, pants are rarer. Baseball hats & Backpacks are still the main things given away, & sometimes glasses.

I've been waiting for something like this for a while now. TL;dr, for the folks who don't want to watch:
>MUGEN is a developer on Roblox who has made several surreal games such as Veszteseg, Swan Location, Man of 7 Shingles. He is most known for his character, Cheeky.
>MUGEN accused some trans person of being a pedo.
>MUGEN then gets exposed for doing a lot of nasty stuff (Child predation, harassment of many individuals)
>Zeezy, a person who worked with MUGEN for a while, goes on a hate parade against MUGEN
>MUGEN gets defensive and starts to deny everything
>Zeezy is revealed to be in a relationship with a 15-year-old, which they try to claim is a "platonic relationship". Zeezy was already in hot water for posting thigh pics in a group chat with several minors in it.
There's a few other details the guy missed in the video that would definitely bring more light to the stiuation.
1. The shitshow on Zeezy's personal server following one of her Twitter posts she made. Zeezy posted that one of the people making fanart of MUGEN characters, Tatsu (Twitter) was drawing shotacon on a different NSFW account. She worded it as something on the lines of "You reverted back to drawing this", leading people to believe that Zeezy knew that Tatsu drew shota/lolicon for a while now. People started to question Zeezy's innocence after she deleted the post as well.
2. Zeezy commissioning pornography of her Roblox character with Sekalazan's avatar. Sekalazan is the 15-year-old in question. This should be an obvious red flag.
The surreal games were cool imo. They had a few cheesy tropes like loud screamers or crashing your client when your character dies, but I enjoyed the ones that cobble together a barely comprehensible story like Man of 7 Shingles or Veszteseg. Huge shame that MUGEN is some manchild schizo and Zeezy was getting too intimate with a minor.
Just to remind you folk, BOTH of these guys still have a following. Even after all of this shit being revealed, MUGEN has fans who talk to him and Zeezy does as well. I'm pretty sure Zeezy is still in that relationship with Sekalazan as well.
Gear development has been stopped for like 2-3 years now. The last person who worked on gears, TakeoHonorable, put some genuine effort into his revamps. This same guy got laid off his job due to Roblox having different plans for gears, which a few groups of people have theorized to be fully accessorizing them. Roblox already removed the ability to 'sponsor' gears (if a player buys a gear from a sponsored game, they get a portion of the Robux). The recently leaked document might've said something like "sunset gears" at some point, so I don't think that says that they're planning to support gear functionality any longer. I personally don't care about gears being replaced either. People can just save all of the gears to a studio file and work with them from there.
The coolest shit about gears was seeing them interact with games that allowed them. Seeing something like a hyperlaser shred through a group of zombies or performing a glitch to lift a battleship into the air in gear-enabled games was the shit. The best thing that could happen to gears is making a game that fixes a bunch of them or changes them entirely, leaving out the shitty feature bloat (no 50 linked sword reskins or nonfunctional content, just the cool stuff), and put them in a game where you can visit different worlds and see how they work in them. Like, imagine using gears in something like a game with fleshed out enemies, or an RPG game where you have to kill some big bad and you can comically progression skip stuff if you use the right gears (like how you can do on Mithrix's stage in Risk of Rain 2 ).

Apparently they're bringing something close to the gear sponsorships, except it's avatar clothing now. Gears seem to be dead at this point.

It's really a shame the freebie catalog options for anyone who joined after tickets were removed (early 2016 I believe) is only the ugly sponsored event items.

Meanwhile, another shitstorm was just right around the corner, this time involving script manipulation that forces clients to chat no-no messages even though the players behind them never typed it out in the first place. This triggers the auto moderation system to terminate the players either temporarily or permanently while in-game, sometimes with a side order of an IP ban. This occurred at a game named Crosswoods. Those who visited said game had their mains and alts wiped for the time being while Roblox worked to get this exploit patched.
It's been fixed (allegedly) since, but time will tell when someone will eventually bypass it. The impact from this one was significant enough to discourage players from playing other games due to suspicions that the same outcome will happen again when joining some other games. For investors, it's gonna look like another black eye for the Roblox stock. This video seems to layout the incident nicely.

Not exactly, I think I did hear about that one in this thread, but this case was a clone of a game on steam that I don't think is even mature rated, even though the guy that made it is an open fetishist who produces porn of the same nature, and the game is obvious in it following that. There are more games like this on Roblox too, and no doubt plenty of people who since copied the roblox changed and kept it going on the platform. Someone posted about a giantess fetish one as well. Roblox won't care about this stuff until it hurts their bottom line, which unfortunately I do not believe it will.

Where it crosses from impossible to moderate to negligent is when Roblox started allowing direct links off their platform to Discords, Twitter, etc. I don't know how you can act like you're even a kid friendly site doing that. And guess what? Since this happened most of the grooming can be traced to being enabled through Discord. On platform the blame would have to be given to Roblox. They just shifted it off of themselves and created a shitstorm.
Pedos are probably a lucrative market for Roblox, because they'd be the ones buying the robox to exchange to children for porn.
The irony of the discord thing is that you can't even say the word discord in games. But you can link it on games

This is my most expensive Roblox item to date. Paying 30,000 tickets (equivalent to 3000 Robux) really payed off when I did it in 2012 just before 2013 and now people are asking me for it in over 80% of trades. A vintage relic of a time over 10 years ago. Despite being bought by 10,000 people on Roblox. It's really expensive with many people doing giveaways of that item. Basically as expensive as drone. People would even offer me items that are twice as expensive as this in trades.
