As I thought, there is in fact a mechanism for weeding out kook petitions from retards like Russhole.

Also Maddox is definitely an actual judge. He has one of those cushy senior status judge jobs apparently. Not sure whether the ballot petition filtering is an administrative or actually judicial thing, but apparently he punted this retard's obviously nonsensical petition.

For those of us who don't know, can a petition be thrown out before they start collecting signatures? There is no way in the world Russell could get anywhere near the amount of signatures for a petition to go anywhere. Can the judge just see the petition that is filled for signatures and say it is invalid?

Apparently, if Russhole's understanding of events is correct, that's what just happened. (Or apparently it didn't.)
So he defamed and threatened a judge over shit he was wrong about. Typical Russhole. What a complete dick.

A used car with 116,000 miles isn't bad. If he wasn't such a retard and took care of his vehicle he could've put on another 200,000 miles on it before it shat the bed. In his case, since he opts out to take public transit most of the time, has no friends or hobbies, and never goes on vacation that car could've lasted him an entire lifetime.
He probably had the check engine light come on and thought it was like the expiration date on a gallon of milk when all he needed to do to make it go out was tighten the gas cap.

Who are the "signature collectors," and why is he waiting until August? He has a deadline and he's gonna need all the time he can get.
Was wondering the same thing. He’s been working in this for over a year now, has a deadline fast approaching, and is going to start getting signatures…next month?

Honestly, it’s kind of a beautiful example of Russ’s unfettering retardation.

Who’s he going to blame and threaten when he fails to even get 50 signatures?
He's going to sue the signature gatherers for negligence, then demand the courts order his measure to be put on the ballot anyway, because he made an effort.

It's the same logic that made his wait until the day of the trial to have the documents for his first Taylor Swift lawsuit printed. He thinks there's no way he can lose, so why fret?

He's mentioned a few times that he'd been going to the college campus to try getting students to volunteer, and making claims they can get course credit for it. Or his claim that signature collectors could earn over $100k doing it.

No idea why he thinks people will be excited to put hookers everywhere in Vegas, hotels, casinos, the strip, neighborhoods, literally anywhere they want to go, just so a greasy 30-something doesn't have to drive to a brothel.

He mentioned once that more than 80% of Vegas residents want that. Somehow I don't believe it.

I believe most Vegas residents want decriminalization not legalization, which is what the brothel system is. Decriminalization would mean sex workers could organize themselves however worked best for them and not have to answer to a pimp or madame or anyone else for that matter. They could pick and choose which clients they chose to take without repercussions other than not getting paid for that specific person, which in johns' like Russ's case, would probably not be a big deal for them. Russ is aware of this, which is why he wants legalization with brothels, because he can appeal to the owner/pimp/madame if a girl refuses to service him. That's also why he's against repealing FOSTA/SESTA because rate-a-john sites could come back and Russ would be blacklisted across the state in the amount of time it takes a girl to recover from the trauma of having to fuck him and write a review.
