Cole is smart that he doesn't have is address listed
not that smart, i was able to find an up to date one within 6 minutes of googling cole smithey. old phone numbers too, and his new girlfriend’s name.

of course chris is too lazy to spend longer than 6 seconds looking, but it just takes one person to send him the new number…

[CITATION NEEDED]

(Seriously, it's not documented on the CWCki.)

Probably because it's a level of doxing that does not belong on the CWCki since neither Liquid nor Kacey are involved with Chris anymore. Not even someone as important as Megan has her relationship information documented in detail there.

But you can certainly search online and find this info. Christopher Duckworth (Liquid, though his twin brother did the role once or twice) and Siana Duckworth (Kacey) used to live at the same address.

They no longer live at the same address, and Kacey's name has reverted to "Siana Riven", her maiden name.

Now this could just be bad information, since automated collation of public records are often not totally accurate, but it seems to be correlated across multiple public record search services.

I won't go so far as doxing their addresses, phone numbers, etc. here but you can look them up if you want. It's not hard to find.

Cole has a new girlfriend? But his wife was funding his lifestyle!
as far as i can tell, they separated around mid 2018, she moved to california and he remained in new york.

his new girlfriend appears to be dominican, or entered the country via the dominican republic.

i can’t actually find anything that says he divorced his wife, only the fact she’s now in california with the last name smithey and a random 22 year old woman has moved in with cole.

While I understand the sentiment I'm not sure that I can entirely agree. Anyone who involves themselves actively in a lolcow's life basically makes themselves a target. It's the big reason that you should never, ever do some dumb shit like what he did. Yes, it's funny... until it happens to you. It's helpful to remember that he's not some rando who just posted about what Chris did, but actively sought him out and antagonized him for lulz. That's some fairly suspect behavior in itself, but moreso when you factor in Chris's obvious mental deficiencies. I don't think it's too much of a stretch to say Liquid was a psychopath, and psychopaths get what they deserve.

TL;DR Don't be that guy, and don't defend that guy.

How likely is it that he'll get another continuance and what would it mean for his case other than more time served?

It sounds like it's extremely unlikely because he's not being charged with a felony currently, so they can't keep him more than 1 year. This marks 1 year, ergo they need to wrap it up or charge him with a felony to keep holding him. It's like this for good reason, it would be silly to hold people in jail indefinitely for something where the max punishment time is pretty short.

Very likely.
Chris' lawyer likely has the "delay until barb dies or forgets" strategy.
It really all depends on what evidence they have on Chris, something that we will likely never know, but Chris and his lawyer do know. If the evidence is just "barb said" and a confession then they want to delay as long as possible.

1 year is the maximum PUNISHMENT for a misdemeanor, pretrial detention is not considered a punishment. All pretrial detention is, is a guarantee that you will show up to court and/or not disturb victims/public.
People have waited in jail for years voluntarily to try to get off from a misdemeanor, especially if it is a sexual offense.
Finally, I could be wrong but isn't Chris facing a "wobbler" offense? It could be a misdemeanor or a felony.

Not likely. Misdemeanor Incest is 1 year in jail and since this is still in Family Court and not Big Boy Court, it doesn't look like he's getting any felony charges (sadly).

a random 22 year old woman has moved in with cole.
Times like this I kinda wish Cole DID still care about Chris somewhat. Oh not enough to intervene or wrangle him but enough to post online how HE managed to land 2 boyfriend free girls and one of them was 22 and not his own 80 year old mother. We may never know for sure, but I'm sure Cole is laughing all the way to the bank knowing that.

Anyways to stay on topic. Hard to believe it's only 3 days to Chris's hearing. Here's hoping the staff at western state managed to drill into his thick skull how to behave in court, and that he won't chimp when they don't tell him they'll be presenting him with a pardon from ole grandpa joe, a check, and a written apology.

I just think that Chris's spending will be partially constrained by habit, not sudden responsibility.

He definitely won't be going out and buying solid gold legos. The regular ABS ones are good enough for his tastes, but he will buy a LOT more of them, and he will quickly run out of money, no matter how much he has. Because that's what Chris does. He doesn't stop spending by choice. He never decides he has enough. He spends and spends and keeps spending until he runs out of money and credit and can't spend any more.

In the grand scheme of things, legos and toys are fairly cheap.

Are you kidding? The lego Millennium Falcon is something like $800 MSRP. The lego Death Star was an easy grand. And those are the regular editions, not the ultra deluxe collector's editions Chris believes he deserves. They might as well be made of gold bricks at those prices.

The wild-card, I think, are single big-ticket purchases like a car or computer.

At these prices, the sort of car and computer Chris would buy are cheaper than some lego.

they can't meaningfully order him to stay away from 14BC if Barb isn't living there.

Barb can, and by extension so can Tom and Harriet, assuming they're looking after her.

They can also put staying away from 14BLC into a plea deal if they can get Chris to agree to it. Not that he'll actually abide by any deal he agrees to once he's out, but then it's always a matter of enforcement with Chris.

Well, Liquid did go through a presumably unhappy divorce with Kacey.

Who doesn't these days? I don't think it's possible to relate that to Chris in any way.

That said, divorce is something Chris will never have to experience, so there is that.

Seriously, it's not documented on the CWCki.

The CWCki is for documenting Christian Weston Chandler, not documenting random trolls once they're done with Chris. Who cares about Duckroll (or whatever his IRL name was) post-Chris?

Slight lego sperging, but they cost an arm and a leg cause those Danes (usually) don't cheap out on those things. They're injection molded to very high standards and tested again and again to be resistant to crushing, impacts, even heat to a degree. Even the sets for kiddies and preschoolers. You don't put that kinda quality into something and not charge out the nose for it. OR at least that's how Lego USED to operate, they've gotten lazy as time went on and they realized autists like Chris will fork over tardbux for legos no matter the quality so long as they're nice and colorful and easy to play with.

So, did we learn anything about Barb's mental condition during the past year? I ask because I'm watching episode 65 of the documentary and she seems very lucid during the video where Chris is spray painting his shoes. "Did you put that Civil War wall chart on eBay?" in particular shows a very high level of awareness and understanding. That's not some generic small talk along the lines "How are you doing? Oh, I'm doing fine" that people with significant levels of dementia can still be capable of.

Something doesn't add up here. I remember someone here saying either this year or last year that he saw Barb hop in her car and swiftly drive off, both her movements and driving quick and assured. There were some replies along the lines of "but people with dementia can sometimes do things that are familiar to them" "people have their good days and bad days" etc but in this instance I disagree. "Dementia is a mysterious illness" isn't some catch-all that can wave away absolutely anything that doesn't make sense. Normally the ability to drive fades away long before the ability to speak smoothly and coherently does, because the latter is a basic skill you learn as an infant and toddler and the former's a complex skill attained as a teenager/young adult. My Alzheimer's-ridden grandmother had her keys taken away in 2009 because her ability to drive was rapidly deteriorating, but when it came to casual, regular conversation she seemed quite normal (she was still relatively well-spoken in 2011, even; it wasn't until 2012 that her ability to converse declined almost to zero).

If Barbara was so out of it in 2017 and 2018 that she... spoke... like... this... she simply wouldn't be capable of briskly hopping in a car and driving off several years later, period. Dementia is complicated but it does operate by a certain set of rules and logic. The progression goes faster during the later years of the illness than the earlier ones. If she was actually that disoriented 4-5 years ago, she would likely be a bedridden vegetable now. At best, she would still be incapable of driving, and her movements and decision-making wouldn't be speedy or brisk - people with advanced dementia are very slow to make any kind of decision due to their heavy confusion.
