Obviously a sane individual with a good grasp on reality very likely would not attempt to have sex with their own mother.
A sexual predator would. There's tons of rapists that target elderly women because they can't fight back. Which is what I think happened. Chris learned from his game convention that there are bad things that happen if you just randomly go around grabbing people and hugging and kissing them. But that Barbussy was safe, after all, she didn't have any friends, and she needed Chris around, so she wouldn't go running to the mean security people.
Chris didn't freak out, and instead had to be educated on how serious his position really was, and how he shouldn't constantly be talking dimensions or getting his toys back during the court hearings.
I think it's simpler than that, where Chris thought this would go just like all his other times in legal trouble and all he had to do was ride it out. One year for a misdemeanor is something he knew, and decided that he's too special to go along with this dumb ol' court and it's men, after all, they can't keep him longer.

From his letters, he stated that they talked about him and Barb's relationship at Western, and Chris saw the doctors and staff there as not scary police or law enforcement folks that grilled him initially, and probably thought it was safe to talk about what he did. He also states that there were "Legal issues" on June 9th, I think, which is a month after he got out of Western. There's a really good chance that the prosecution got more information from Chris's admissions at the hospital than they did when he was getting interrogated and that's what eventually led to more charges.

We don't know if the letters were screened, we don't know if a rape kit came back positive, we don't know whether they found pictures, physical evidence, whether Barb is really silent or not, and I doubt that sending the case to a grand jury happens when the only "evidence" is a sliced up phone call recorded against the defendant's will
We know Chris. When he was brought in there was a questioning. Anyone who watches YouTube channels like JCS Criminal Psychology knows that the cops are pretty good at peeling info out of the most seasoned liars. But Chris isn't a seasoned liar. He is one of the worst liars in the history of mankind. Every time Chris opens his mouth, he shoots himself in the foot. And every time he shoots himself in the foot, it's documented on the internet.

I'm sure the cops pretended to be very interested in his "healing powers" and cajoled him with Big Macs and sodas to go into great detail about how he "healed" Barb. They probably also got him to admit to Barb's dementia, and to talk about his schedule for "boom boom nights" with her, and the techniques he used from the book on having sex with disabled people. Everything Chris talked about in recorded phone calls or prison letters, he most likely talked about with that friendly police man who visited with him in that room with the big mirror on the wall.

Chris hates lawyers ever since the Bell affair. He didn't immediately lawyer up. He prides himself on his honesty to the point of offering up the most personal of information to total strangers. He's left a trail of documented sexual obsessions on the internet, as well as some choice videos of Barb looking like she's just had a stroke.

Chris couldn't do more to provide evidence to the prosecution if he tried. They can pick and choose which bits they want to build their case on. He's essentially confessed over and over.

The only thing he has going for himself is his tugboat, which at least allows him some financial security in theory... I guess he could sink his tugboat if he piles up too much debt or gets fucked over by the court.

Once Chris loses the house, he will have no appreciable assets. He can just declare bankruptcy and all his debt goes away. His SSDI is safe from creditors. He then will not be able to get another credit card, which is a good thing.

For the umpteenth time, that Chris could be fingered as the culprit was never in doubt. What's in play is whether or not they can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the crime happened at all.

For instance I could tell you that I fucked my neighbor's goat yesterday, but then I could just say that I made it up. You can't convict me unless you have some sort of evidence (a witness, forensic evidence, something) that shows that the goat has in fact been fucked by someone (and not another goat, because that's a perfectly plausible alternative explanation if the goat has been determined to have been fucked by something).

If you had grainy video of someone in a ski mask coming and fucking the goat, you could combine that with my previous confession, and that would be enough to convict me, particularly if my story lined up with information in the video that I could not have known otherwise.

There was a copypasta like that on 4Chan in like 2012.

Chris goes to jail for some minor sentence, a dude tries to rape him in the shower but freaks out when he realizes that Chris shat himself in terror. Chris then pushes the sex-pest over, causing him to bash his brains out on a bench and Chris gets an increased sentence.

After having killed Tyrone The Shower Fucker, Chris ends up the leader of a growing prison gang called Sonichus. After several years, he leaves jail as a hardened criminal with a body shaped by endless body-building with a list of names who wronged him: Mary Lee Walsh, Micheal Snyder, Liquid Chris, The Man in the Pickelsuit, Alec Benson Leary, Surfshack Tito, Clyde Cash and many more who will feel Chris' wrath.
Coming soon... consequences will never be the same.... THE MERGE. Rated R.

This is my prediction
-The jury will be very woke and actually see what a tranny chris has become
and be sympathetic to him
-The judge would give chris another 3 years or so of jail
-Max punishment cant be more then 5 years, which is quite impossible, and why i say this? cause US government has a history of jailing autist and making them go through nightmares!
so if chris gets shit on, expect the normie crowd of faggots and autist helpcares to save his ass
-minimum probably years of social service or mental care facility
maximum? no more then 5 years and even 5 years is too much
and if i am wrong? i will personally wear sonichu necklace and draw sonichu in honour of chris chan

I’m amazed he’s still issued credit cards as is. It feels like they’ve all sued him for debt collection at this point.

And thats one of the biggest factors. Chris surely spilled the beans, all the beans, because in his mind if he can just convince the cops that he was REALLY helping her that they will let her go. And the fact that she would have died in another universe in a car accident had he not porked her. Will this confession be allowed? Depends but likely.

My vote is that somehow the US legal system tears itself apart and Chris happily skips into the sunset/any pizza joint because "I'm a Goddess Blue Heart CPU/Jesus Christ" and everything must be handed to him on a silver platter/Autism Card/Teflon Tard

well the whole credit system in the us is so screwed up. credit card companies hand them out like candy. if there is even the smallest chance that they could make money off a retard like chris they will happily give him new cards.

do you ever get tired of having to explain the same retarded things over and over again? i swear ive seen you make this exact post at least 6 or 7 times in the last few days. i kind of feel null needs to make your faq mandatory reading before people can post about chris's trial.

Do you think Chris would do any better job of retracting his confession than he has explaining how he dindu nuffin? Look at the retraction in the letters. Is there a human on Earth that would say, "Oh yes, it's just a healing ritual involving light massage performed by the reincarnation of Jesus, it isn't a retarded pervert having non consensual sex with his incapacitated elderly mother. Give the jury some credit. There's more than enough evidence already to convict Chris. If it wasn't a solid prosecution, he wouldn't have sat in jail for a year on continuances. He's already served a year and if he gets off with just that, it's a best case scenario. It's much more likely that more is going to be added to that. At this point it isn't a matter of whether Chris can be convicted or not, it's what the plea deal/sentence will end up being.
