I supported my speculation with the common symptoms of dementia, Chris's well known stupidity, his well documented infatuation for his mom, his previous musings on incest and him having been on HRT for years prior.

You didn't just speculate, you made claims. You claimed that Barb was diagnosed with dementia. You claimed that Chris took elder care classes because he was officially appointed as her caretaker by her doctor. You claimed that an insanity plea was no longer possible. You claimed that Chris bought books about how to not leave marks when raping her. You wrote a whole fanfiction about how sex is all about power to Chris, and Barb didn't say anything because she didn't want to lose the life she had. You claimed that Chris will rape kids given the chance.

Claims require proof.

According to this Kiwi, it's in chronological order so it seems like nothing happened, Heilberg is still his lawyer.

Yeah. Chris was the one who fucked that up, like he fucks up everything else. I think the problem with Chris that would have always led him to this path is that he is literally incapable of deeply understanding others.

He cannot have empathy for the sacrifices that others make in order to support him. He also cannot understand what he's squandered. However, he can understand the very basics of these consequences, given that he tried so hard to hide information that would lead to him being cut off by Null.

It's really sad. I'm glad Chris is in jail now and I hope that the trial brings some justice to the situation.
