Not to mention it’s littered with victims of Chris’ shenanigans like Snyder and Megan. I think the only (barely) good person Chris’ life was Bob. But only in his later years when he probably realized he messed up.

I think that's a bit harsh, Schnider ran a business that tends to attract spergs, and was likely one himself - the problem is Chris was essentially a 6 year old dropped off at the ballpit while mum an dad did some shopping, but rather than just a hour or two once a week he was there fairly regularly and caused problems a kid wouldnt, Megan from what we know was mildly on the spectrum but was mostly normal and gave chris a little too much attention and didn't realise that would have let him develop feelings for her, I'm not saying she was a saint but she didn't understand what Chris was like.

Since then Schnider seems to have opened a new game shop in DC, and Megan is a normal adult and doing really nice felt art (honestly her felt animals are lovely), Chris has a knack for dragging people into his madness especially if they are not prepared to handle him, the problem is Chris needs more help and a guardian when he goes out and he's never had it or anyone who he trusts or likes willing to try and moderate him - Chris isn't like the blind kid who's a amasing violinist, of the deff girl who's a catwalk model (they do exist) he's mentally disabled and looks odd an acts odd, he can't life a normal life because he's not normal but he could have been better if he wasnt panderd to by his authority figures.

google "incest Virginia" and every single link will be about West Virginia. Completely different state. Criminal incest cases between adults are extremely rare outside of West Virginia and Africa.

It's really common in Inuit societies, it just doesn't get much attention (and much prosecution) because authorities mostly look the other way because muh indigenous peoples.

Chris is a fucking troon going to hick country prison.

Prisons are run by the state Department of Corrections. You get sent to the prison appropriate to your crime and risk factor, anywhere in the state. It's not based on county.

Jails are by county (in the case of a small county like Greene County, they pool their resources with other counties to have the Central Virginia Regional Jail).

Maybe they had a couple more charges they threatened Chris with (such as taking money from Barb's account when he was not allowed to, after a court order) if he didn't take the deal

The no-contact violation is a relatively small transgression (on the first offense), and we're not even certain if what he did even qualifies. That's the sort of thing you plea bargain *to*, not away from.

Isn't there a 1 year limit to how long Chris can be locked up without conviction though?

One year without conviction on a misdemeanor. The prosecution getting an indictment means he's clearly on the hook for a potential felony conviction, and thus can be kept in jail before trial for up to the maximum sentence, in this case 10 years. He won't actually be held in jail for 10 years because neither side will stall that long, and if one of them tries eventually a judge will say fuck it this is taking too long, but it's the theoretical maximum.

Getting the indictment was necessary because otherwise Chris' attorney could demand release. Whatever the reason is (felony plea bargain? Chris fucking up a plea deal? Intent to lock Chris up in prison?), it was something they had to do by the time a year elapsed.

They might wobble it up to a felony to get him on the SOR.

Again, SOR status for incest is not contingent on whether or not it was a felony. It's dependent on whether or not the person was unable to refuse consent.

Consensual incest does not put you on the SOR.

I'm inclined to agree. 14BC is effectively the only true sanctuary Chris has known,

The happiest time of his life was spent at 6008 Partingdale Circle. He was actually very upset at having to move back to 14BC, and raged about having to leave Chesterfield County. Chris adapts though, and eventually 14BC became the Sonichu Temple.

That's not what the book's about at all lmao. What the book does say is that one should stick to a regular schedule, which explains the every 3 days.

I'm very curious what the book says about it but I don't want to actually go fucking read it.

Just to clarify, Chris has stated in one of the jail letters that contrary to popular belief, he wasn't demanding to have his legos brought to him, he was actually referring to having the stuff he left at the motel collected and sent home. Edit: https://sonichu.com/cwcki/Jail_Letter_-_30_November_2021_(Eels_and_the_Egg-man), Question 11.

Thanks for the reference. I was pretty sure that's what he's meant but I didn't actually read that part of the letters. It just makes more sense, logically. He was arrested and then wanted to make sure his magic rocks and newly-purchased toys that he left in the motel room were safe.

Circuit Court is a court of record so anything that happens there (except perhaps the grand jury proceedings) is going to be public unless it is sealed upon motion for some reason (which might happen).

The grand jury is absolutely sealed and we will never hear anything about whatever is presented there. In addition, any preliminary hearings where admissibility of evidence is discussed will be closed to the public, since it is a sex crime. This is to protect the people involved from having dirty laundry aired that is not directly related to the case.

Proceedings that don't involve sensitive evidence will most likely be open, and in the unlikely event of a trial, that will be open as well since the evidence will all be that which was approved.

If Chris somehow does like 15-20 years, he will come out and continue life as cwcville Tommy Tooter with -chus instead of rocks. Fucked his mom instead of a teenager but still equally fucked up. Probably will end up fucking a dog... For her pleasure. So on and so forth.

But Chris already has magic rocks.

Dogfucker saga is indeed a possibility, we'll have to stay tuned.

They need to release Chris ASAP. I want some in artwork.

What are you talking about? Chris has been very productive with artwork since he has nothing else to do. The minute he gets out he's probably going to immediately stop drawing for a while since he can do other bullshit tard things that he wasn't able to in jail.

If Chris get jailed, do you think he will remember how to draw Sonichu, or will he even forget this? He won't be able to use any sonic references here.

Um, he's been jailed for a year, and is still drawing Sonichu shit. He just added Jesus shit into the canon.

Chris likewise knows that he’s not supposed to stick his penis in Barb. He doesn’t know WHY he’s not allowed to, nor why it’s bad. All he knows is that he might get in trouble if he did it and people found out.

So like a child, Chris went ahead and stuck his penis into Barb’s cookie when he thought nobody was watching.

The reason he's not allowed to fuck Barb is because it's fucking disgusting. It's actually fair to question why it's illegal. Chris' defense of incest is not entirely delusional, there are valid points behind it.

Should disgusting things be illegal?

If there had been no question about Barb's mental faculties we'd all just be laughing about the disgusting retard couple fucking, with some people wanting to zap Chris (and Barb) for being abhorrent stains on humanity, and some people arguing that they should be left alone to be fucking degenerates.

In Chris' solipsistic tard brain, he's focused on the problems with incest, not on fucking an elderly woman who's not all there. He's being charged with incest, after all. It's only natural that he doesn't understand why people are upset, other than that they're closed-minded toxic non-woke haters who hate true love.

That's one of the things that bothers the most about Chris. He has never had to work,

That's completely unfair -- give Chris some credit, he worked at Wendy's for a month.

Chris had a hawt 18 year old autistic chick pretty much begging to fuck him. And his reaction was: “(STRESS SIGH) Mhmm yeah…”

Hardly indicative of a raging sexdrive and sky high testosterone levels.

Chris is actually somewhat jaded about internet heartsweets. He was still hopeful, of course, but the Barbussy was absolutely tangible and real. Reality satiated him a way that theoretical girlfriends could not.

I again contend that Chris' unprecedented happiness and productivity in that last month was because he was actually getting intimacy that he'd never had before.

His urge/tendency to molest Megan in his teens

I don't think he knew Megan in his teens. I think he met Megan when she was 18 and he was 21. Not sure exactly.

I thought that in the instances of prison rape that do happen, it is more of a power/control thing rather than sexual pleasure...basically a way for inmates to assert their dominance over other prisoners that they feel are weak or low on the prison hierarchy...or punishment for fucking up somehow.
I don't see any connection between Chris having sex with Barb and sexual attraction of any kind. Barb is more of an object to him like his waifu pillows than she is a galpal. He used her and knew it was wrong and did it anyway. That isn't just overactive libido. He was exercising power over her. if it was just horniness, it would have happened much earlier, not when Barb is losing the ability to tell him no.

I don't buy into the "sex/rape is about power" assertion. You can assert power over people without raping them. You put your dick in something because you're horny and want to put your dick into something. It *can* be about power as well, but it's not something you'd do if you had no interest in it.

People are prison gay because they want to fuck something, ANYTHING. If they don't feel the need to fuck something and want to asset dominance, they just beat the shit out of the person.

Chris would not fuck Barb for power. He did it because he needed to get his dick wet(ish, no idea how dry her tomb was).

10y/olds talk. and would tell him they intend to talk as soon as he says, "i have an ugly growth. wanna see?"

Except Chris *is* the 10 year old who talks.

I'm surprised no one we know of has tried that already. It's likely easy to get a job at Chris's jail, at least in my county there are signs all over town for the jails. They need corrections officers and pay starts at $20 an hour. It's been really hot lately and the heat has been a factor in people quitting because most jails here aren't air conditioned.

The problem with this is that the minute you tried to post about shit to earn ween cred, they'd realize it was the new guy leaking shit and you'd be immediately fired.

chris insisted on taking this to trial, for what reason im not sure.
maybe he insisted on going back to branchland court.

That's probably it. There is no way in hell the court is going to allow a resolution that sends Chris back to Barb or 14BLC, However, if weens are to be believed, Chris is so desperate to return to 14BLC and his toys that he's willing to throw Barb under a bus (literally). He'll refuse any deal that doesn't send him back to his sonichu temple.

maybe he was misgendered and sperged out at the judge.

Oh he definitely sperged out or they wouldn't have sent him up for competency evaluation.

nobody that commits rape deserves life in prison.

It depends on the rape. Statutory "rape" between an 18 year old boy and his 17 year old girlfriend? Definitely not. But rape is a class of crimes, not a specific crime, and some are unbelievably heinous (I don't think I need to go into details).

there’s a lot of moral implications about imprisoning someone for life over an act that didn’t take a life but just traumatized one.

The trauma is not always mental. Sometimes it's physical and sometimes it's permanent. For example, are you going to tell a woman looking forward to a shortened life dominated by AIDS treatment that the rapist who infected her only deserves 5 - 10 years?

As @Pointless Sperg said before a couple times already, we don't know what happened in the backstage

But we can make highly informed assumptions based on what he have seen happening. And now that the J&DR document submissions has been released, it's only confirmed our suspicions. What we didn't know was that Chris would be so asinine as to force things back to circuit court.

Maybe pleading guilty to the felony was actually the lesser charge and Chris took the deal

Then they wouldn't be sending it to a grand jury to approve for trial. Once you plead guilty, even as part of a plea deal, that's it. You're guilty. You skip forward to sentencing. You do not pass GO. You do not collect 200 dollars.

Should’ve just registered a month ago.

^This. It's not like they didn't know when Chris' next hearing was going to be.

He doesn't need a group home.

It depends on the tard home (not group home - there's a difference). I know of some that, well, prison would be kinder.

It is very easy to get an indictment because the prosecution can present whatever they want without fear of cross-examination or rebuttal evidence. People often say that a Grand Jury will indict a ham sandwich because of this.

Quick history lesson: Public prosecutors are a relatively recent development. It used to be (back in Ye Merrye Olde Englande) that if you wanted someone punished for a crime against you, you had to bring the case to court and prosecute it yourself. Grand (a.k.a. big) juries were invented to prevent would-be private prosecutors from wasting everyone's time with frivolous or unsupportable charges. Now that professional, public prosecutors are a thing (and have replaced the earlier amateurs), they know better what will get past a grand jury and don't bother with prosecutions that hold no merit. So why are grand juries still part of the process? Well partly because they're in the constitution, but mostly because society needs some check against unlimited prosecutorial power. Nine times out of ten when you hear of a prosecutor dropping charges against someone it's because the prosecutor realized they won't be able to get the case past the grand jury (and he doesn't want to risk double jeopardy by pushing a weak case that might become stronger later).

So it's not so much that the grand jury will indict a ham sandwich but that the prosecutor wouldn't bring the ham sandwich to the grand jury in the first place if he didn't have a lot against it.

Isn't there a 1 year limit to how long Chris can be locked up without conviction though?

Only for misdemeanors. Chris put himself back into Big Boy Felony territory. Now this case could drag on for years (though it probably won't).

Some guy called "Reasonable Doubt."

I just looked into it, and holy fuck prices have gone down from what I remember.

I retract my earlier statement. $300 is definitely worth it to 100% implicate Chris.

Circuit Court is a court of record so anything that happens there (except perhaps the grand jury proceedings)

Grand jury proceedings are kept secret in Virginia. Most other places as well. We'll only learn of the grand jury proceedings if some juror is willing to break the law and put himself in deep shit.

Which is a shame, because I'd really like to know what the prosecution has on Chris.

is going to be public unless it is sealed upon motion for some reason (which might happen).

Weens packing the gallery could very well be that reason. Weens are why we can't have nice things.

Ask him to babysit one of your under 10 year old relatives for a three day weekend and see what happens.

I wouldn't even babysit some of my relatives' kids for a three day weekend. Those little monsters would eat Chris alive.

If the prosecution is pushing a grand jury,

The prosecution is not pushing for a grand jury. He has no choice but to submit the case to a grand jury. Then he can drop the hammer on Chris.

Too bad he didn't take a class like that earlier so Bob wouldn't have had to die covered in bug bites.

Just because Chris might have been taught what he's supposed to do does not mean he'll actually do it.

Barb is more of an object to him like his waifu pillows than she is a galpal.

The galpals were also objects to Chris.

Just sayin

I'll say that, as a starting point, the percentage of 80 year olds with dementia is around 15 percent. Some sources say 1 in 6, others say 1 in 7. Despite this place sometimes characterizing old people in general as being a bunch of drooling retards, most elderly people are basically just normal adults like you and me; normal aging is basically just some changes around the periphery (such as having much more trouble multi-tasking) rather than a true decline in judgment, insight, critical thinking abilities, or general intelligence. A wise 80 year old who lacks dementia would be more intelligent in almost always ways that count than a 20 year old fratboy or bimbo. The 80 year old would have inferior hardware but superior software.

So, at age 80, she's in a place where a minority of people have serious cognitive problems. A large minority, but still a clear minority. 1 in 7 becomes 1 in 3 by 85, and 1 in 2 by 95.

Barb's speech patterns are also unusual for someone with dementia. Early in dementia, people tend to speak at a normal clip and rhythm even if they express confusion or give inaccurate information. Later in the illness they might reply with "I don't know" to everything, or attempt speaking but lose their train of thought mid-sentence. But even in this case it's not about extended pauses after every single word, but speaking several words in a row at a normal pace before losing your train of thought or finding it difficult to express whatever's on your mind.

Is it possible she has a highly atypical presentation of dementia? Of course. Is it also possible that she was faking back in 2017/2018, and that she and Chris don't know what dementia actually looks like because they're both kind of dumb? Also yes.

That one guy I argued with the other day brought up a good and possibly valid point when he mentioned that Barb almost got in a car wreck either this year or last year while on the way home, but even that's not entirely conclusive. Is it possible that was the result of cognitive decline (82 is the most common age for an Alzheimer's diagnosis with symptoms usually first becoming clear-cut two years prior)? Of course, definitely. But it also could have been the result of a whole host of age-related changes outside of dementia, such as slowed reflexes or increased difficulties in comprehending busy environments. Or it could be simple human error, because spoiler alert, young people get in car crashes too. Being young gives you a whole shit ton of advantages, but complete perfection isn't one of them.

The whole "people with dementia have good days and bad days" argument is also somewhat overstated (this isn't in response to Phalanges, whose examples are good and accurate, but a general statement). To the extent that this is true, it mostly applies to early dementia. Yes, it's very possible for someone in the early, maybe early-middle as well, stages of dementia to have days where something seems off and days where they're totally normal. The deeper you get into the illness, though, the more predictable things get. Someone in mid to late stage dementia will, the vast majority of days, be of similar functioning. Even their 'good' days will still be a far, far cry from normalcy.

It's extremely unlike that someone with dementia (or at least, with Alzheimer's, which makes up 70 percent of dementia cases - I'm not as versed in non-Alzheimer's dementia) would be as completely fried as... Barbara... seems... in... videos... where... she... talks... like... this... and sometimes be capable of three minute long conversations where she shows perfect verbal fluency and is deeply aware of the world around her (ie the shoe spray paint video, where she's aware of websites like ebay that she probably rarely thinks about and didn't exist until her 50s). There is a limit to just how variable Alzheimer's is. People in middle to late stage Alzheimer's have moments of relative lucidity, sure... but even then, that amounts usually to them giving their own thoughts, maybe 2-3 sentences. They usually aren't capable even in these instances of prolonged, rational back-and-forths, but simply of providing their own short monologues.

There's also that time he almost forced a kiss on Emily.

To be fair, Emily was a hot animu grill so you can't really blame him, just like we can't blame Pickle Man for moving in to make a play for her before Chris could score.

@A-№1

He can't go to sentencing for a felony in J&DR. If the plea deal involved pleading guilty to a felony, it has to get up to circuit court somehow.

Though I'm starting to doubt my own hypothesis here since it seems that according to § 19.2-217, you can waive indictment to move things faster.

Yeah. Chris was the one who fucked that up, like he fucks up everything else. I think the problem with Chris that would have always led him to this path is that he is literally incapable of deeply understanding others.
That plus the autism. But mostly the fact that he’s been coddled most of his life and was never properly instructed on how to be a normal person (or at least act semi normal)

My guy, Snyder just wanted to run a business. Just because his business catered to people like Chris doesn’t mean he deserved anything that happened to him. Same for Megan. Sure, she did give Chris too many chances, but if she really was on the spectrum like he was, it was probably out of sympathy. She didn’t deserve to have porn made about her so Chris wouldn’t rape her and then have said porn be spread online.

The reason he's not allowed to fuck Barb is because it's fucking disgusting. It's actually fair to question why it's illegal.

There are legitimate reasons why incest is illegal, though mostly they apply in cases where conception is possible. I doubt any legislators would bother putting "except for post-menopausal women" into any incest law, and I suspect Greene County has been looking for any excuse to finally deal with Chris once and for all. That his crimes could be claimed to be "victimless" won't stop them for a second if it means finally getting the village idiot off the streets.

@Pointless Sperg I cant quote you but

The no-contact violation is a relatively small transgression (on the first offense), and we're not even certain if what he did even qualifies. That's the sort of thing you plea bargain *to*, not away from.

Id'd like to know more about this esecially when it comes to shared accounts, my GF owns her home outright and I rent the small bar as a workshopn and I pay her £500 a month for my share of the tiny mortgauge and my rent and my share of the bills, we have our personal bank accounts and both have access to the shared account for household expenses we both pay into, and from what we know Chris an Barb had the same sort of deal would accessing a shared account be a breach of a protective order?

I think Barb can be a pile of dust in a jar sitting next to Bob in the columbarium and some people here would still say she’s faking it.

That Newsweek article tells us where Chris’s defense will go if this goes to trial. It’s all of our fault. The internet made him do it.

I don't know your jurisdiction, but it certainly can be.

In a lot of places it's an issue of intent. If you use the joint account to buy a pizza, you're fine. If you *empty* the account, it's clearly punitive in nature, and will get you in trouble.

EDIT: I don't know the relevant law in Virgina, but in the situation I described, if it were a joint account, Chris could claim that he was just paying legitimate expenses, and be in the clear if he could point to what he spent the money on.

They wouldn't have fucked around in J&DR for a year if the plan all along has been to get him to plea to a felony. Also if Chris, for whatever reason, is pleading guilty to a felony now, they can bypass the grand jury entirely, because it means Chris himself is waiving indictment by not disputing the evidence against him.

The only thing that makes any sense is Chris has consistently refused any plea deal whatsoever (while sperging out) and has forced the court to run the full process against him. Because Chris is an idiot.

I think my post was pretty nuanced and reasonable. Keep in mind that my knowledge of Christory is limited to Geno's documentary, so at this point all I know is

- In 2018 she exhibited behavior that's inconsistent with dementia, at an age where a single-digit minority have Alzheimer's

- At some point in the past year she came close to having a car wreck

I did not say that she definitely does not have dementia here in 2022, or even that she absolutely definitively did not have any degree of dementia in 2018, and if the people here were more capable of nuance maybe they could understand that. She very well might, it's just that something back in 2018 doesn't add up (for multiple reasons I already explained). It's possible that in 2018 she was a woman with early cognitive problems larping as a woman with severe cognitive problems, who in 2022 has moderate cognitive problems. Or maybe in 2018 she was a normal adult larping as someone with major issues, who then went on to genuinely develop problems during 2019-2022. Who knows. My opinion will become more informed as Geno covers the four years following 2018 and I have more info to work off of.

I know you probably don't want "spoilers", but you're pretty spoiled already since you know the big plot developments.

Just go to the CWCki and look at more recent Barb stuff. The most recent I think is when some weens went to the house after Chris was arrested and recorded her (while camera was pointed at doormat), and she said "He's not here".

She doesn't seem much different than she was in 2018.

they spent maybe half to a quarter of their lives on food that didn't use artificial flavors preservatives or corn syrup. By the time they reached middle age in the 70's they ate the same crap everyone else was and lived off it for the remainder of their lives.

Bottom line, don't underestimate the chandlers. They may have terrible genes that aged them poorly and gave them inbred retard offspring, but they managed to survive in spite of it.
Yes I don't disagree with you there! But it stands that what we eat in our most formative years usually affects how our health/teeth/plenty of other things end up being later in life. That's all I meant.

Nah, that's good to know. Thanks. Barbara might be a pretty terrible person but I wouldn't wish dementia on anyone.
