He went to classes like this to be certified a home care aid so he could receive weekly checks from Social Security for providing in home care. It may be different in Virginia, I don't know. There's no reason to assume Null would know about this one way or the other. He wasn't managing Chris's tugboat. He was managing the internet fan stuff.
