Oh god there are bigger dumpster fires than Chris!!!?this, plus what chris looks like and has always looked like, if you study his pictures, chris's every bit of his behavior as well as his face characteristics, points to FAS/FAE, chris has learning issues, he has absolutely no concept of consequences, he has always been impulsive and compulsive, hes got likely SZ or at least schizo-effective on top of everything else, but yeah he has many many symptoms and traits of FAS, and as posted, it is no secret they both were heavy drinkers.
the drinking, the feeding into from day one chris's delusions, the lack of healthy environments, lack of stimulation, exposure and experiences ( failure to thrive) untreated mental illnesses, life for 4 decades ,in nothing but perpetual childhood, fantasies and delusions being fed into and enabled : yeah , you've got one of the biggest dumpster-fire of a human being that is chris chan
maybe was fired after failing to get Chris out of jail asapAny theories why Heilberg threw in the towel?
Was Chris too much of an annoying client that he didn't want to deal with him for the next phase of the case?
Did he refuse to listen to counsel and made unreasonable demands?
Or did Heilberg just pick up some cases in the meantime that interest him more and he wants to give them his full attention?
Where did you hear this. This makes me happy.Any theories why Heilberg threw in the towel?

When the court originally assigned the case to Heilberg it was a misdemeanor but upon being upgraded to a felony they now have to assign a felony level attorney.Any theories why Heilberg threw in the towel?

What? There's no evidence to show Heilberg is fired/replaced.When the court originally assigned the case to Heilberg it was a misdemeanor but upon being upgraded to a felony they now have to assign a felony level attorney.
Chris himself isn't going before a jury only the case docket and maybe some of the evidence they've compiled.
a jury is comprised of people already missing a days pat of work and getting shit compensation (if any at all)
Aren't people who get summoned for jury duty supposed to get a mandatory paid day off?
Grand Juries don't have a say in conviction or sentencing.
They go through literally dozens of cases in the course of a few days,

Just to add to this, his name is still listed as Chris's attorney on the case information page.Heilberg has not been officially replaced, dudes.
Stop spreading unconfirmed shit please and thank.

No, this type of dementia has a specific onset and can usually be improved by certain nutrients. It's cause by extreme thiamine deficiency, and you have to be an extremely heavy drinker, who rarely comes up for air. I've seen this shit in young adults, who are chronic alcoholics. It's got an onset specific to the period the person is drinking. Barb's dementia like most old people dementia was gradual and not acute in nature. It also happened after 65, which means it's regular old dimentia. You're aware that Barb was a very heavy drinker for many years, right? https://www.alzheimers.org.uk/about-dementia/risk-factors-and-prevention/alcohol
Does anyone have any info on Barb's more recent drinking? Did she ever stop?
Having been on the receiving end of a ducking by her fat autistic troon son I’d actually wish her the mercy of dementia at this point.Nah, that's good to know. Thanks. Barbara might be a pretty terrible person but I wouldn't wish dementia on anyone.
Chris most likely does not have FAS as he lacks the telltale facial symptoms such as the absence/reduction of the philtrum - the “groove” situated in the middle between the upper lip and nose. In people with FAS this area is entirely smooth and often elongated.I recall FAS being suggested as part of what could be wrong with Chris, in some discussion months back, but without real professional input it's still a theory.
In several states, Virginia included, you have to have meet specific training requirements to practice criminal law for different classes of cases Virginia splits them up into 3 classes. The fuck is a "felony level attorney"?
What Chris doing to that Jury should be brought up in a Human Rights CourtIn 2022, the case of Sonichu v. Virginia was the first and only case to have a Grand Jury decide to execute the defendant.
Mainly to put him out of his misery.
I've seen speculation that he could have some weird chromosome shit, mainly from how weird his body looks. And he does have strangely developed gynecomastia even for a fat guy who eats nothing but garbage, but honestly I just think he's garden variety nuts compounded with autism.Having been on the receiving end of a ducking by her fat autistic troon son I’d actually wish her the mercy of dementia at this point.

Maybe she was still drinking.I didn't, and that certainly raises the odds of her developing cognitive problems in the 70s at an age where most of her peers would be lucid, but her symptom profile in 2018 (alternating between such an extreme level of severity and normalcy, along with pauses between every individual word, which is something I've never seen in a dementia patient) just doesn't fit for dementia in general, regardless of age. Like, if anyone is going to have dementia in their 70s, it's probably going to be someone like Barb who takes dog shit care of herself... but even in that case her symptoms would likely present differently from what she actually exhibited.
