I think Chris learned enough AutoCAD to make his mall and mayor's office. I don't think that was Bob because Bob would have done a better job. Also, Chris attempted to raise $5000 to buy Lego sets to build his mall. If Bob designed it Chris wouldn't have cared that much.

Among which, the risks include my full dedication to every detail in each individual store, office, vehicle and people entry points, exits, elevator, stairs, the stability of keeping the plates together in lifting the roof and second story off of the building to get inside it. But the Biggest risk is being able to afford ALL of the Sets and Pieces required to build it! Multiple Hearlake Malls and Schools, Olivia's Houses, Summer Riding Camps, Grey Baseplates, and even more that I can not estimate right now, because I would be just getting started on this project!

Chris doesn't seem capable of that. It's possible he failed courses and had to retake them the next year, as some were offered only in the spring or fall semesters. This could be a reason why he needed five years to get a two-year degree, along with his one year suspension.

Mathematics would've been right up Bob's alley to be honest; I'll leave it at that since it'll veer off topic. My only issue is that Bob didn't teach Chris how to properly use a ruler (I await my puzzle pieces, thanks)
