Caught a good chunk of the interview. Pardoe went into detail that as an independent contractor, Catalyst can terminate a contract at any point, so he has no ground to sue them. That said, he needs to go after "Faith" like a vengeful god. He brought up how as a part of the court order against Faith, Faith could not talk negatively about Blaine on social media and they broke the court order within a few days. I don't remember if he said he was going to go after "Faith" or not but, again, he needs to. This problem isn't going away anytime soon.Razorfist done the interview (link) also Pardoe should sue them all.
Parasocial relationships are a disaster for humanity, but goddamnit an hour or so of Tex and Friends is a nice release from the hell that is modern media.Tex of the BlackPantsLegion, along with a bunch of the core group of guys he runs with are a bunch of "Leave me alone, or else" style Libertarian type gun-guys. It's also pretty safe to assume if push came to shove, he would be a "right" Libertarian, instead of a "left" Libertarian. But that's because the Left Libertarians (i.e, Progressive Communists with a paint job), will inevitably put a gun to his head to force the issue.
It's safe to say that the Progressive mob will eventually go after him, in a fashion much more intense than the passing glance he had with Arch.

I just hope he, and his real friends, ready for the eventual knives in the back this time. If I remember right it wasn't the canceling attempt that got to him but the knives that did.Tex of the BlackPantsLegion, along with a bunch of the core group of guys he runs with are a bunch of "Leave me alone, or else" style Libertarian type gun-guys. Yeah this was basically blood in the water for the usual suspects. They'll be emboldened by the success of "Faith" and his flunkies and decide to go after whoever now.Tex of the BlackPantsLegion, along with a bunch of the core group of guys he runs with are a bunch of "Leave me alone, or else" style Libertarian type gun-guys. I’ve started listening to his podcast and he seems to get hung up on how the gungrabbing never amounts to anything. I think he really doesn’t understand the nature of the rot, or how willing to escalate at every turn these people are, or that they genuinely hate everything hestands for and would rather he be in a camp.Tex of the BlackPantsLegion, along with a bunch of the core group of guys he runs with are a bunch of "Leave me alone, or else" style Libertarian type gun-guys. He has the same problem that most-all capital "L" Libertarians do.I’ve started listening to his podcast and he seems to get hung up on how the gungrabbing never amounts to anything. I don't know, but it involves Zyklon-B.But as it stands RIGHT NOW, the people who deal the bread are the ones throwing people under the bus for political reasons and those political reasons happen to swing disproportionately in favor of trannies and leftists. What is your solution?
This alongside getting people to be interested in making their own things again. Re-encourage craftsmanship and discipline. Yeah…He has the same problem that most-all capital "L" Libertarians do.
Those who want to accumulate power, will inevitably want to use it. You will not be left alone. No they don't care how much it will cost them to fuck you over, so long as they can do it. Leftism fundamentally requires a "Universalization of Ethics" I.e. everyone must be forced to take the leftist/progressive/communist worldview, in order for their Utopia to be realized. The "I just want to grill" mentality that so many Libertarians have leaves you powerless, isolated, and unaware. Perfect pickings for the ravenous predators.
This is not a new observation. In fact, it was probably put best by Humanity's first real Historian: "The Strong do what they will; The Weak suffer what they must." -Thucydides
This is arguably at the core of most modern problems in the West - deliberate inculcation of helplessness and dependency. This alongside getting people to be interested in making their own things again. Re-encourage craftsmanship and discipline. This consumer culture after all started all the way back when Ed Bernays help found consumerism as a way to prop up failing corporations as people only bought what they needed.
There's a lot of tech that is simply kept out of public hands because it hurts the corpotocracy's bottom line. Such as engines that could run on cooking oil. And notice how there is a concerted effort in making people stupid and dependent on the system ala minsinformation, propaganda (direct like the news and indirect like most popular fictional media). Its because producers do not make good consumers. Just look at how the average person that does own a home with backyard hardly even does their own victory garden or raise some animals. Let alone the knowledge of how to make hardtack crackers especially with the whole hyperinflation bullshit.
TL;DR: Knowledge and application is the key out of tyranny.
Also, with all this trannyshit, I can't help but be reminded of this old cartoon and how oddly appropriate it is today.
Because people forget how to fight.Yeah…
His only exposure to the sheer insanity seems to be the blowback from his talk with Arch, not that I particularly like him. I wonder how he’d react to seeing that seething hatred lurking just beneath the surface of people he considered colleages the way most of us did back in ‘14.
Why does everything have to burn?
Wargamer Fritz is kinda weird. He'll have a video titled "How to use the Griffin" and the entire video will just be Fritz spitballing vague ideas without ever going "btw, this is how a Griffin is used effectively", it's mainly just him laying down very vague fundamentals of the mech and what niche it fills . . . but I still watch a lot of his videos, even knowing that I won't get the answer that I expect.Back to BT stuff, anyone listen to Wargamer Fritz on YT, I have some of his vids playing in back round as I'm shit posting and playing some megamek with a buddy.
Changes have been made.I like you Romanes, but every time someone refers to Jan 6th as an insurrection, I immediately tune out there.
You clearly haven't paid much attention to American political speech these past 6 years, dude. Pardoe's stuff is boilerplate boomer conservative shit, and it's milder than a Caribbean winter compared to the shit the guys on the left have been saying.I've looked into the kind of stuff Pardoe wrote on American Thinker, American Greatness and also read the synopsis of his new novel Blue Dawn and I have to say... the guy is unhinged, very divisive in his rethoric and he spews a lot of vitriol towards the left... not just the far-left fringe, really anyone left of Charlie Baker is a woke terrorist to Pardoe. Add a pinch of "Every liberal is a traitor, also theinsurrectionistsmorons of January 6th did nothing wrong" and it's a bit too spicy for me tbh.
Also I am unsure that it was the Faith McClowsky thing that sank him. It's true, Faith was allowed to write a short story for Shrapnell some time ago (most likely as a pacifier), but was then apparently ghosted by CGL. Giving that shitstain a platform in Shrapnell was a terrible idea and the exact opposite of what they should do, but Pardoe being fired does not seem to be related to this Faith cocksucker.
Yeah, but the guy does say a lot of spicy things on his other platforms and it does raise the point that CGL can decide not wishing to continue to work with him, cause he does come with a lot of baggage, even if that's being handled on other platforms. He wasn't deplatformed by CGL and Fanatics because he was not using them as a platform for his vitriol. That's the thing. His work FOR THEM had already been reviewed and found satisfactory.
"OMG that's like, when Harry Potter met Voldemort and..." yeah... anyone that even just thinks stuff like this should get "not fit for political debate" tattood on their forehead. If your outlook on the world is purely informed by fiction that is a problem with you, and if you see others with that problem consider reminding them how stupid they look for internalizing works of fiction in that fashion.
Frankly, I am almost completely unfamiliar with political debate in the US aside from kneejerk reactions, but Pardoe's stuff does read like something I'd find in a Tucker Carlson rant. And that doesn't really endear him to me tbh. I do pay him massive respect for his work on BT, which is (afaik) devoid of any political fringe lunacy, and that's sort of where this problem sits for me:You clearly haven't paid much attention American political speech these past 6 years, dude.
I have absolutely no doubt about some libtards having infinitely worse shit on display. The question is: Do these vitriolic libtard asswipes work for CGL? Some rando saying something worse somewhere in the cesspools of Reddit doesn't really matter to me in this regard if said person isn't also affiliated with CGL and they go "who cares this guy publically advocates for genocide against whites? YPIPO suck! Dude can continue working for us."Pardoe's stuff is boilerplate boomer conservative shit, and it's milder than a Caribbean winter compared to the shit the guys on the left have been saying.
Regardless, his opinions weren't new. He has always been a conservative, and he has been a long-term BattleTech author.
That is a bit of a "he said, she said" situation, cause CGL says they made the decision on their own (albeit after talking to Fanatics about it, but Fanatics supposedly left the decision entirely up to CGL). Pardoe blames this on his stalker, but he isn't going to be neutral in this matter, so anything he has to say has to be taken with a grain of salt. Just like anything CGL has to say, of course, cause we all know how SJWs like to lie about their motivations.Go watch Pardoe's interview with Razorfist. This came from above. McClosky, his socks and his simps were making noise. Fanatics (the new franchise owner for BT) told CGL to stop the noise.
