If anyone really wants video of the trial, the best bet is to get the local media and outlets like CourtTV to realize that they'll get a huge bump in web traffic covering it. Legitimate media has a much higher chance of being let into a courtroom than 30 weens with their dad's camcorder and cell phones. Outlets like CourtTV thrive off these kinds of weird, gross trials. If they'll televise descriptions of how Jeffery Dahmer dismembered his victims, they'll happily broadcast the Prosecution describing how they believe Chris fucked his own mother.

No guarantee that anyone would actually be interested in sending a crew there, but at the very least we might get the sentencing, should this actually become a full blown trial.

I think that if chris is bring charged with rape he won't take a plea deal. Because at that point it would be several years behind bars. I could only see chris taking a plea deal if it let's him out of jail immediately or gives him a very light sentence. Guess it depends on what's going on with borb. Is she being charged with incest with her son? Or is she incompetent to stand trial (therefore she

The charges are incest. It is unlikely that rape is in the table. Though they may be implying chris had a caregiver duty, its important to note that, that still doesn't make it rape. I am well aware that kiwi desperately wants this to be an elderly abuse rape case, however as ive said from the start, barb likely merely consented no matter how disgusting anyone finds that.

Furthermore despite the desperation to shove barb into the incompetent or demented box and say it's rape because she can't consent, they wouldn't have let the dementia ridden rape victim drive home that day if that was true. Again shes probably merely competent to consent.

From the grand jury schedule¹, there appears to be only a single charge against Chris. That single charge is likely incest, not rape.

Consent is tricky. The prosecution may figure he has a slam dunk case against Chris for incest, which is more than enough to deal with him, so pursuing rape isn't worth the extra effort.

Sorry, I guess that was insensitive. I've always either been part-time (meaning I could make up hours on days I wasn't in court), or salaried (and employers generally don't want to bother with trying to calculate unpaid time off unless you're gone for a long time).

The best part was realising Bella is almost a female Chris chan, except she has fungus feet while he shits his pants. If she wasn't a lesbian they would have been perfect together.

If Bella were straight, she has far, far better options than Chris. A breeding-age woman will always have men interested in her that are less nasty than herself.

So in other words, Chris cannot bring up the fact that he is mentally Ill, being a troll target for more than a decade, or that Barb abused him all his life since people are going to present the jury with the evidence that he admitted of doing those crimes as well as evaluations for both Chris and Barb. What Chris did was a fatal mistake and there’s no way that he’s gonna be determined not guilty.
