Having an office chair with wheels on tile or hard flooring in kitchens is a big no no. Over time the wheels cause acute pressure on small areas of the tile and WILL cause it to crack and break apart. She probably caused many tiles to break and start sliding around and is just now realizing it was the chair combined with her mammoth size causing too much pressure on the floor and especially when she hefts all her weight into the chair when sititng. Yea that floor is fucked.

So fucked that even SHE realizes she cant sit and roll around anymore. So its royally fucked. Peetz is going to have to pay big time when they move out to re-tile the kitchen. Wonder if she will have any $ left by the time that happens.

This live was particularly psychotic. Still, after all that has happened, this lunatic continues going on and on and on that she believed he wasn't sleeping with Dee Dee and that they screwed her over. ALL the posturing that she'd help DD with her channel, pretending to feel sorry for DD...it was only because the only thing Chantal wants is to get him away from her, which is why she is back to obsessing over their every move and talking about them continuously. She is clearly watching everything that is uploaded by Troll Detective and Gorlic Bread as well. These dates were fake except for the one guy she brought to the villa and that ended up being a complete bust. IF Big Turk, Mr. Coffee or anyone existed we'd at least see an arm off to the side or a voice in the background. Chantal is also trolling around Montreal to either spy on Nader or let him know she is close, going to a restaurant to eat where he happens to know someone. She is so sick in the head I believe she's truly beyond help. @ADHD said it best in chat-someone beat her at her own game and she can't handle it.

I gather from another comment this is Sarah Jane, whom I believe was a fan of Chantal at some point. We should have a list going of all her former fans she has screwed over. Just off the top of my head there is- Annie P, Travonda, sandy and Ang, sjam, Sarah Jane. I'm sure there is others I can't think of now.

Fibro is a diagnosis of exclusion. It’s based mostly on symptoms, and after ruling out other causes for the symptoms. Which means it’s a favorite among munchies and malingerers.

It is a real disorder, and some people suffer horribly. (Primarily because traditional analgesic medications do not work.) For actual victims of it, the stigma associated means they don’t even want to tell people. If you have fibro but alert your health care providers, the presumption is that you’re drug-seeking or lying. I know people who say nothing about having it. Fibro can happen after severe illness or injury as a triggering event.

Most of these munchies don’t have that trigger. They just want a nice, convenient excuse for their laziness and fat-associated aches and pains. Someone with Fibro can be bedridden for days in immense pain during a flare-up, unable to function at a basic level. Someone without it will call out of work (if they must work because they can’t convince disability to pay them) because “muh fibro”, only to them spend the day making TikToks or going to Disney or whatever stupid sticker hobbies Chantal thinks they do.

I recall the days when only diagnoses from a Rheumatologist was an indicator of fibromyalgia after extensive evaluation. Now it seems like every GP out there is willing to slap that label on anyone who whines loudly enough about ableism.

The landlord would have to issue a notice of rent arrears, and they have 14 days to pay.

If she has received these notices (and not shoved them away and ignored them) she could scramble to pay by the deadline and stave off further eviction action. Or the landlord would apply for a hearing.

Hearings are taking anywhere from 6-10 months in many areas of Ontario.

She might not get a notice of the hearing until just a few weeks before. The landlord tenant board doesn’t jump to evict for non-payment - they favor payment plans, mediation and orders to pay on time for a year or so (if defaulted, then eviction is ordered without another hearing needed.)

If she’s received these notices for non-payment but manages to pay it off, the landlord can serve a different notice for repeated late payments. A hearing would have the same outcome - payment plans.

The landlord has a better chance giving notices and evicting for other causes right now: box mountain is a fire hazard, plus the damages to the floor, or interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of others. If neighbours make enough complaints, or if the landlord inspects and documents the damage, any unreported maintenance issues (like plumbing), hazardous conditions or substandard cleanliness leading to pests THEN the notices could lead to eviction unless she shapes up and abides by the board orders / has to pay for repairs.

I think an eviction arc is a long way off, if ever. The good news is that IF it happens, there’s a solid chance the LTB decision will be posted online on CanLii.

(I doubt she or Peetz would show for a hearing. If they get that close to an eviction arc they will probably cut and run and try to dodge any financial liability.)

Well she was 375 when she was with Bibi and was visibly smaller. I thought I saw a clip where she let it slip that she was 450 pounts. something like "they can kiss my 450 pound ass" If I find it I'll update this post.
